Very impressed with the level of customer sevice

Very impressed with the level of service overall from Apelson. When my chainsaw developed an issue the process of getting it sorted for repair was very easy and fast. Excellent communication throughout. The Garden Power Team at Apelson could not have been more helpful in resolving my issue I was having with the supplier. Due to their continued helpfulness it all got sorted. Highly recommended company. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say thank you for…

I just wanted to say thank you for resolving my issue so promptly. Honestly, it's like a new mower—it's never started so easily before! Excellent customer service and a quick fix; from arranging the pick-up to timely emails and efficient service to fix the problem, I can't fault anything. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone involved!

An incorrect part was despatched

An incorrect part was despatched despite a photograph of the damaged part having been provided to the kitchen company. Who assured me it had been forwarded with their email.
We waited a further week for the correct part to be delivered, only to realise there were no screws holding the 3 centre bars in place.
By which point we gave up and accepted the part, intending to move the screws ourselves.

Can't fault the customer service here.

I ordered a replacement glass top for my induction hob and although it was despatched and received quickly, it was damaged in transit.
I emailed Kingfisher/Apelson about the issue and received a swift and positive response from Taylor at Apelson, both apologising for the issue and notifying that a replacement had been processed for delivery.
I received the replacement unit the next day.
It's great to see a company that resolves an issue both swiftly and without any drama, all within 5 days of my original order.

Hard to find items here, good prices

The product needed (hood filers) was easy to find on this website after searching the internet for it, and the price was reasonable. Packaging was great, protecting the items well. Delivery was quick. Will use again.
