I would rate my most recent experience with APEC a 0 if possible.

On completion of my PT diploma (which was good) with them I was offered a Black Friday deal for the Strength & Conditioning diploma at the end of November on a special rate. I mentioned to one of the tutors that I couldn't commit to starting the course until January at the earliest with all my other commitments. "Thats no problem, we can work it out".

My personal circumstances changed over Christmas where I could no longer start or commit to the course. I was directed to the accounts department who took a week to reply to multiple mails.

I was refused a full refund as an "education number had already been issued". No content modules were completed or even started on the online portal so couldn't see much of a big deal to refund my full fee. They basically kept €700 of my fee and offered to refund a small balance as it was out of their control at this point. That doesn't make any sense to me as I had not availed of anything from the course.

This seems very underhanded and lacking in empathy. It has left massive negative vibes about the company overall and how they treat students. It is a shame as the onsite sessions are quite good but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone again after my experience.

I wasn't offered a refund for the entire course for what I paid. Nothing being imbelished or not honest here:

"Unfortunately due to an education number being provided we cannot offer a full refund. Please see T&Cs of the course.

Due to you being a past student I would of waived part of the T&Cs if it was within 30 days of purchase but it is past that too.

The only thing I can think to help in any way it to offer you the certificate price and not the diploma. The certificate is basically the online portion only with no practical. This doesn’t qualify you as a S&C coach but acts as a CPD."

I honestly didn’t think I could enjoy learning as much as I did over the weekend. The workshop was so organised and very enjoyable. The staff at APEC just made everything so easy and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

The workshop was very informative and also gave us a great piece of hands on learning/experience. The APEC team running the workshop throughout the weekend were very helpful and approachable. Much appreciated guys.

The online courses made it easier to learn during the pandemic, the online information was easy broken down and understandable, and Shane O'Rourke was very helpful with any issues that came up and during the workshop. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to upskill.

Did my diploma in performance nutrition with APEC and they were fantastic. I’d absolutely recommend them to any personal trainers out there looking to improve and broaden their knowledge. And if you’re new to the field then I can’t think I of a better way to get started than with APEC.

The support team on hand were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. They genuinely care about their clients.

So far a do not recommend that Company. Since first lock down that company didnt do strength diploma and do when all restrictions gone I was ask about refund my money back and since that i have massive issue with them. I hope I will prove they are taking people money and do not want send them back for any reason.
I did a few courses with them but please do Crossfit courses , them much better and quality is 100% more beneficial. All people who running this courses are young and haven't clue about real lift and they never did them own plans.

Fantastic course that gives you everything you need to become a top class Personal Trainer. Course trainers are always helpful and encouraging.

Studying with APEC for a couple of years now started with an interest in workshops and was blown away by the knowledge, service and experience provided that it has lead to me always seeking constant development with APEC has I know they are the standard setters in the market having spent years in 3rd level education. Couldn't recommend APEC enough

I just finished the PT course and I absolutely loved it! The tutors were very helpful and was there to assist me whenever needed.
The course itself is very straight forward and easy to understand.
I can’t recommend APEC enough, all my friends are constantly asking me about this course.

Very disappointed with lack of understanding and empathy when a difficult situation arose recently, seems to be money before everything and everyone is the attitude here

Just started the course finding it easy so far to keep up with and learn at my own pace. The learning videos are pretty good and provide clear information.

A great course that gives you a definite edge in the industry. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Instructors make an extra effort to engage with you and make sure you have an understanding of the course. A great course!!

Amazing knowledge across a lot of different disciplines. The guys were professional, informative and went into incredible depth... answered every question I could throw at them.

Excellent course. The content was outstanding. The delivery was impactful. This leaves me in a strong place where I feel well equipped to leverage the knowledge I gave gain and can now apply to my career in the industry. Would recommend to anyone looking to better themselves in this industry.

An excellent company to work with. APEC have some of the most knowledgeable staff that I have encountered in the industry and would recommend anyone wishing to enter the Athletic performance field or up-skill their eduction use this company.
