Amazing customer service, the item I had ordered wasn’t available and needed to be made up, which understandably meant the order would take longer to process.
I phoned to ask for an update on my order. I was advised of the above and offered the option to replace the order of 250ml with 500ml, with only having to pay the difference in price. No cancelling orders and re ordering, was a very easy process.
Ellen who I spoke to was extremely helpful, a wonderful telephone manner, and extremely knowledgeable.
I am someone who does not like talking over the phone, but wouldn’t hesitate to call APC Pure following my experience.
Also bonus fast overnight delivery 😊

I placed an order by visiting their website. After waiting 2 weeks, I thought I look into it. I tracked the item. It came up as delivered with a poor image. After magnifying the image, it appeared that a brown box is inside a rubbish bin. By then my bin was collected and emptied by the bin collectors. There was no note to say that item was placed inside the bin with a lid on. When I inquired, I received impolite unprofessional reply saying that you have received the item and I am making a false claim. They also sent me the following statement: We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site. Take the benefit of my experience. Do not order on their website. Nine out of ten customers do not receive the orders. Or order at your peril.

Order Methylene Blue every few months and arrives as described on time. Previously ordered a restricted item, and expected to be emailed asking for further information which is standard. Once I sent them this info the restricted item was sent out to me.
