I bought the Aoocci C5 pro for my new bike after watching some reviews of it and seeing posts about it. I was initially very skeptical of the product but thought I'd give it a go - I assumed the customer service would be non existent.
The product turned out to be really quite good, good size, works as intended, I even got a customised boot image.
The real gem though was the customer service. In particular, I had the same person reply to me, someone named "Coco", and that was brilliant not only because it saved me having to explain things over and over but because Coco was absolutely brilliant at customer service, from checking the boot image, to shipping, to tracking, to troubleshooting. Hell, I even managed to troubleshoot an issue I couldn't figure out by emailing them, and their reply actually solved the problem for me, which I think is the first time that's ever happened. Honestly I was blown away by the product quality for the price but mostly, by the top tier customer service. 10/10.

Not Road tested as yet but from the feel and quality of the Aoocci, it looks a fantastic unit with all the features (including front/rear cameras) that give amazing images. No more Garmin for me.

I recently purchased the C6 Pro, [Order id- AOC127506] but unfortunately, it does not fit my bike. I initiated a return request, and as instructed by them, i have shared the required photos of the product and packaging. But then they have stopped replying to my mails, it’s been 5 days, i am not getting any response, i am fed up with the company and their after sale service, worst service

Didn't get what I ordered. Some generic car play . After weeks of waiting for delivery.
Got InTouch with aoocci who did reply with a host of questions and just said the product updates regularly. Load of rubbish my friend ordered one not long after me and he got a different one. One similar to what is on the reviews on YouTube. ( What I thought I was getting ). Once fitted to the bike the aoocci freezes regularly and doesn't work. Waste of money typical Chinese rubbish with no return policy.

The aoocci pro 6 is a great unit with 2 good cameras however the tyre pressure monitors are useless they were way out and I had to take them of due to seeing warning lights on the screen . The app that comes with the aoocci takes a while to down load the files meaning the bike has to be on for this to happen even connecting the app was a issue which I had to find out on Google search.The biggest problem with this is the lack of a manual explaining the system apps and set up procedure and if theirs problems. Example I was out riding the other day and the little red light that flashing when the recording is in progress turned a yellow colour. I contacted aoocci and they asked me to record this issue , how can I do that when riding with 2 hands on the handle bars . Overall price is good but no setting up or help manual ie with the host , setting the equipment is very straight forward.

Due to Evri loosing my parcel I’m yet to receive my unit.
However. Nikki has been absolutely amazing at sorting out a replacement and dealing with all my requests.
Aoocci is a shining example of how world trade should be done.
If only other companies followed their example.
I’m looking forward to receiving my C6 pro as I’m sure it will enhance my riding experience.

OK so I re-ordered a new C6 Pro unit from Aoocci which arrived without the mounting hardware, which was once again disappointing.
Once again Coco from the support team sorted out a new shipment of the mount that arrived just before Christmas.
Having installed the unit two things are obvious:
1. The display has changed from that shown by the many reviewers on YouTube and the system no longer has the "Panel" which showed speed, tyre pressure and direction via a compass.
2. I cannot find a way to change KPH to MPH.
Maybe it's buried somewhere that I haven't seen yet.
Clearly things move quickly in China and software updates seem to be happening between Youtube reviews and when the system is despatched.
To me this is concerning as it means you never know what you are going to receive in terms of the latest software update.
As Aoocci uses Youtube reviewers to advertise their products, there is no way in that business model to demonstrate that the software and hence the items on the display have changed.
Whilst all of the above is disappointing, the product at the price is still a decent product when used as a dash cam. Its just a a pity that you don't always get what you see advertised.
Having once again contacted Aoocci Support I have been informed that there is no way to change KPH to MPH and the 'panel' display is not in the current software.
With Canada Post on strike, there seemed to be no way to get my Carlinkit. Customer service, Nikki, was outstanding. She found another way to ship the product to me in a reasonable time and was very courteous and efficient.
The product itself works as advertised.

Beware! Look elsewhere and save your money. I ordered this at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. There was no email or communication with an order number or anything. However they took my money. After a couple of weeks of no communication we started chasing them up. After getting hold of them, they claimed they were busy and out of stock and could not get my order to me until late December or early January. Unless of course I gave them an additional $30 in which case they could get it to me for Christmas but had still not sent me the one I had paid for. Avoid at all costs or role the dice.

I bought the Aoocci C6 Pro after watching it on Youtube. According to youtube, it had one drawback and that was that the mounting bracket had limited mounting options.
By the time I ordered, there was a redesign of the bracket and I must say, the new bracket is very sturdy and versatile and fits any mounting position on any bike.
Due to the success of the product, delivery took a little longer than expected.
The after sales support is also great. Questions are answered quickly. There was a problem with one of the tire pressure sensors and Nikki immediately sent a replacement TPS to fix the problem.
The android auto is a little slower to respond than the one in my VW ID4. But oh well, what are we comparing here. This C6 Pro is a very good device at a very reasonable price.

What a very rare thing it is to have a great product, very competitively priced and an extremely helpful and prompt Customer services.
I bought the Aoocci C6 Pro for my motorbike. The unit is very well made, packed with features and fantastic value for money.
I am not very technically minded but must give a big thank you to Nikki at Customer services who has gone above and beyond to help me.
If you are looking for a business model this is one..Without your customers you have no business. This company has excellent products that are great value In an extremely competitive market. But what also stands out is the promt,helpful and courteous Customer Services which makes the whole package excellent.
