100 second wait time

Have to wait 100 seconds, only to be met with another 100 seconds a minute later.
Goodbye, uninstalling.

Edit yeah no bullshit, I sent away that whitelist request, after 3 days nothing had happened so I decided it was finally time to uninstall and switch.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company; they charge you even if your license has expired and you do not want to renew it. They use your card on file, and you have no option to delete the card, and they charge you more than you have paid in the first place. No customer service other than phony sales persons - no response from the accounting department on emails. This all seems fraudulent

Manipulative billing practices

The software works but the company has manipulative practices and no respect for customers. They send out their annual reminder on the day the subscription renews (with a 50% increase) and also require 30 days notice to cancel the account. So by the time you see the invoice, it's too late to cancel. Despite multiple attempts to complain about this, they insist I need to pay. Fortunately, my card has expired, so they are now enjoying this bad review instead of my ongoing subscription.

Billing

AnyDesk gives you 30 days to cancel before renewal is locked in. I paid $154.80 in 2024 and then today was invoiced $238.80. $84, i.e. 54% increase within 1 year. How is this possible? I called billing support and a Customer Loyalty and Growth Associate answers my call and immediately says she needs to check whether I received the email regarding the increase. Seconds later, she tells me I am one of the customers that did not get the email and thus they would "refund" me the difference. I must pay and then be refunded? Being confused about various elements of the subscription and billing the lady became annoyed with my questioning and cut my international call. She then proceeds to email and attempts to deflect back to me that I was the one not allowing her to speak when she is the one who cut the call on me while I was explaining what I am confused about. I canceled my card to stop them taking $238.80 and requested a new invoice be issued. $154.80 invoice was issued and paid, but I will not be returning in 2026. I will rather pay more for a different service!

Highly recommend AnyDesk

I am a AnyDesk long time subscriber and user. I work remotely on client's computers from different parts of the world using VPNs and also without them. I also access my desktop computer when out of the office.
I rely fully on AnyDesk to deliver my job to clients, and have never been disappointed. I used and tried other remote access software, but, in my opinion, AnyDesk keeps being the best. I highly recommend AnyDesk to anyone needing to use remote access.

Misleading website, bad customer service.

Misleading website stating the ability to remotely administer iOS devices when in reality it is only remote screen viewing; digging in the documentation it states remote admin is a up coming feature. Website faulty for being able to delete your user account. Refuses a refund after cancelling next day. UPDATE: The company finally did provide a refund after being faced with the bank charges being reversed.

Unfair Price Increase and Refund Policy by AnyDesk!

I have been using a paid AnyDesk subscription for my company for two years. While the first two years were charged at £154.80, last year, they charged me £238.80 without my consent or prior notice. I noticed the increase late and attempted to cancel my subscription, only to be told that "cancellation requests must be submitted 30 days before the renewal date", meaning they refuse to refund my money.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they provided no solution. Their final response simply mentioned vague improvements and updates as justification for the price hike. Is it fair to increase the price significantly without clear consent and then refuse to process a cancellation?

Businesses and individuals using AnyDesk, beware of their unethical subscription renewal policies! You might find yourself in the same situation!

Predatory Renewal Policy – Stay Away

Terrible experience. I signed up for a one-year contract with AnyDesk. When I no longer needed the software, I contacted them ahead of time to cancel. Instead of accepting the cancellation, they forced a renewal—even though my renewal date hadn’t even arrived yet.

I assumed it was a mistake, but after escalating, they coldly told me I should’ve canceled at least one month before the renewal date. Seriously? Why not just make it 10 years in advance? This kind of policy is clearly designed to trap users.

I had actually considered returning to AnyDesk in the future, but after this, never again. This company does not care about customers—only about locking them in. Stay far away.

Great product, rubbish support

We have been using Anydesk for 4 years now, all was great until Microsoft released 24H2 update. Since then Anydesk runs like a wet week, often crashing when ending a session. Anydesk support are next to useless, constantly blaming our internet connection or other programs installed. To date my company has wasted over 5 hours troubleshooting this software, only to be ghosted by Anydesk support. Trying to speak to someone with intelligence is basically impossible. So sorry Anydesk, we're jumping ship, because your support is laughable at best

Read terms and conditions

Read terms and conditions. Was on auto renew (was not aware) and was reviewing new pricing with rep. We found another solution and when I tried to cancel I was told I was outside of the 30 day cancellation policy. Would have been nice if the rep I was in constant contact with would have told/reminded me of that. Not very transparent.

Disappointing License Restrictions and Poor Value for Money

We've acquired a standard license for company use, allowing multiple users to log in. However, it appears there's a limitation of only one outgoing connection. Why would I spend over 300 euros on a license if it only permits one user? It's disappointing, and we will certainly be adding this software to our blacklist. Avoid them at all costs. There are better/cheaper alternatives.

don't expect a refund

My issue with AnyDesk is the cancellation policy. I signed up last year. I was not aware that my subscription would auto-renew. I received several reminders that my subscription was going to expire with AnyDesk stating they need to know if I'm ready to renew. Not one of them stated that I would be automatically charged. The next email received stated that my subscription had been renewed and I would be charged. After contacting them asking to cancel, I was told that "auto renewal is turned on unless you turn it off." I find this practice to be extremely deceptive.
