having place an order for some bulbs that were out of stock I was contacted promptly. I request an alternative and Anylamp made and appropriate suggestion and delivered them quickly. They were packaged safely and arrived in one piece. Had god communications from them about delivery as well.

It arrived fairly quickly. If my son had searched better we would have gone out and bought one because the shipping was extortionate. We need very strong dark glasses to enter the kitchen when the light is on it is bright enough to light the whole flat.

This is to inform that today i have got the shipment & i am very upset to see the shipment for the following reasons.

1. The shipment required was URGENT and i received it today, it was misrouted due to non usage of complete shipping address which was provided during the time of order.

2. 5 Pcs. in the shipment are found to be damage. (if required picture can be provided)

Ordered 2 ballasts and was told they were not in stock and would be a couple of weeks; no hurry so accepted this.
They did keep me in touch and answered my chasing emails immediately and after about 17 days they arrived direct from Philips in Eindhoven. Delay aside they seem to be a very good company with excellent customer service philosophy.

The website is easy to navigate. Ordering is straight forward and standard delivery to a London address took two working days from the order date.

I have a weird size luminiscent light in my bathroom, something like 96.5cm (it's probably 97cm, or simply 38 inches) and no store around had that size! Neither did Amazon. Any-Lamp.com saved the day and impressively fast delivered one, well and safely packed. Thanks.

After placing an order online I was contacted by Anylamp to explain that the lamp I ordered was out of stock and would be a few days. I began looking into correct colour temp for my application and contacted Anylamp again who were very helpful and changed my order to a different colour temp. The lamps arrived as expected supremely well packed. A first class service from all concerned who were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I will be using Anylamp again.
