I appreciate Richard Nelson approach to work. Unlike some technicians, he make sure to follow up with uncompleted work the next day and get the work done satisfactorily. Keep it up!

Our new house is great. Well built and in a perfect location (Deva Green Chester)
Linda, Elizabeth and Nigel were so helpful. Nothing too much trouble, professional, knowledgable supportive and friendly.

Property. All good standard except perhaps paintwork which in places could be better.

Any issues ? Well the failure of some residents in Social Housing apartments to maintain front gardens is a disappointment. Mixing residents who have paid for expensive homes with those who have no interest in caring for their rented homes is I feel off putting to say the least. There should be a clause in the deeds requiring property/gardens to be maintained.

Alternatively design such homes without front gardens.

I had a visit today from Tony Murray one of the skilled technicians who fixed my freezer door… I have to say he was very friendly,polite,put covers on his shoes before entry and fixed the door perfectly …. Not only that he cleaned up after himself though he made very little mess! A very pleasant experience… I’m very impressed! Thank you Anwyl and thank you Tony 👍🙏

Richard did a brilliant job for us as always, sealing the brick/wood pillar outside our house. Arrived on time and did an excellent job, thanks so much.

Chris from Anwyl , along with Glynn from Bluesky plumbing were both very pleasant. They came to sort out enjoy that was rescheduled and informed me what they were doing every step of the way.
Chris was here a lot longer then Glynn and they have both done a very good job sorting out the leak and sorting the hole in our ceiling. Needs to be finished off but have done great so far 🙂

Josh H was amazing this morning fixing all the jittery in the doors and sorting the kitchen cabinets.

Purchased at house at Yr Helyg colwyn bay had water pressure iasues since moving in, welsh water claiming there is not enough pressure at the top of the estate and anwyl were advised not to build three story houses, twice a week for 3 years not been able to shower due to this

The anwyl technicians always provide a fantastic service and take pride in their work no matter how big or small the job is. Chris came round to fix a sticking letterbox and although he wasn’t here for long, he was so friendly and chatty and respected our property.
I’m leaving a 5 star review purely based on the job that Chris did for us. The anwyl technicians are the only positive part of our experience of dealing with anwyl since we moved into our house in September 2024.
We have a waterlogged garden that they refuse any responsibility for which is costing us an awful lot of money to try and sort ourselves. We also recently complained about damage to the road outside our house from anwyl delivering skips to our neighbour. Despite the tarmac clearly being churned up and damaged, they advised that it will “weather in”. I have no idea how the damage will miraculously repair itself so we are left looking at an eyesore whilst anwyl refuse to take any responsibility. It’s disappointing as buying a new house should be exciting but we have been left feeling very disheartened by the whole experience.
