Absolutely amazing product .
I have horrible frizzy / curly hair and I hate humid or wet weather . Takes me so long to straighten and it goes frizzy in minutes !
This product is a game changer !!!
It has totally smoothed and helped straighten my unruly locks and cut my drying time to literally 5 minutes !
I was sceptical to try an at home product but I’d use this again and again . It is honestly so good and has made me feel more confident especially going out in humid weather . I no longer need a hood or umbrella !

I used the AnSWR hair treatment on both mine and my daughter’s hair and honestly, I’m so impressed! My hair is super thick, curly, and very frizzy, so I usually struggle to get that smooth salon finish at home. After the first use, my hair felt absolutely amazing — so sleek, soft, and manageable. I received loads of compliments straight away!
Even after the first wash, I could still see and feel a huge difference. It wasn’t quite as pin-straight as day one, but the frizz was massively reduced and my hair straightened so much easier than before. I’ve had professional Brazilian blow dries in the past, and if this lasts the month as promised, it will definitely become my new go-to treatment. Happy bean! 😊
As for my daughter’s hair, hers is finer and less thick but can still get a bit frizzy and matted. This treatment left her hair with the most beautiful shine and made it look so healthy.

Fake email about an order I never placed
I just received 2 emails that says. "Hi x, It means so much to see you back. Your second order is confirmed and already being packed with extra care." I have no idea what it is about as I haven't ordered anything from them, and it made me paranoid, that someone has placed an order with my details. Someone from this company needs to investigate this.

The effect lasted for two washes
The effect lasted for two washes, despite following all instructions to the letter.
The smell (when wet it smells like a sewer drain) is still ongoing.
I did use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner after this treatment.

The lingering scent can sometimes happen if the treatment wasn't fully rinsed out of the hair during application before the straightening step. Brilliant product
I have very curly, frizzy hair so I wasn't expecting miracles from this hair product but a miracle was what I got! My hair is unbelievably soft and shiny and it has even relaxed the curl a little to make it easier to style.

EDIT: Radio silence since ordering
Day 7 since placing my order, no updates on status, sent 2 emails and 2 messages via their website and received zero replies.
As of right now, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL given the lack of seriousness of their customer service.
EDIT: I have since heard back and was reassured the package had shipped. The product arrived within 48 hours.
I have tried it and am very happy with the results - long may they last!

Fuzzy thin bleached hair tamed
I have thin fuzzy hair with a curl, bob length and bleach highlights.
I always struggle with frizz and have to use serums and all sorts to tame it.
Bought the Keratin treatment from Answr, really hoping it would help but in all honesty not expecting it to.
Well what can I say, it’s brilliant! It’s tamed my hair, the fuzz has almost gone. It’s not silky smooth or mirror shine and it does say the treatment doesn’t work as well on bleached hair.
But it is still much smoother, I’m very impressed. I’ve just ordered 2 more bottles!
I’m going to the Caribbean in 2 weeks which is always stressful on my fuzzy hair, now I know it won’t be fuzzy time.
Honestly, the reviews are true, it’s a miracle I’m impressed!

I would like to say that the company reached out to me and offered me another treatment for free because of the inconvenience. Sadly the product did not work on my hair so they offered me a full refund instead. Very impressed with the customer service.

I wasn't sure that the Keratin treatment would work on my hair as it is really thick and very wavy. But to my surprise I would say my hair has improved by 95% a lot more manageable comes out so straight after straightening its a lot softer and shiney too,Will defiantly be buying more.
