I bought the Keratin home treatment after reading great reviews but I wish I hadn't bothered. What a waste of money.
I followed the instructions to a T but it made no difference at all. My hair didn't change at all. It was still as frizzy and still took as long to dry. The product itself didn't smell bad but for a week after use, my hair stank. It was actually really embarrassing.
It was quite easy to apply but took around four hours to complete the full process.
Don't waste your money. Pointless!

Absolute horror show of a company. Customer service is unhelpful and quite frankly condescending. Quick to take your money but slow to resolve any issue. I still dont have my package as they didnt even bother to dispatch it and now no one can tell me when it will arrive. A joke of a company

Product arrived quickly and left it for a couple months as I'd had a keratin treatment in a salon so wanted to wait - when I did I found it surprisingly simple
sprayed on each section and waited an hour, wanted the best possible results, rinsed off and dried - wow !! What a fab suprise, hair looked like it does when I have it done in a salon at 3x the price !! nice and straight and looked fabulous for days no straightening it other than when I first did it - great product will definitely use again

Absolutely brilliant product! I have naturally curly/frizzy hair & after using this product it has been poker straight & Frizz free!!

Great company and great product. I have curly puffy hair which I like to wear straight, now this does not straighten it but it makes it much easier for me to do so.
I have taken 1 star off though as my hair smells funny for about 2 weeks after using it. I definitely do rinse enough so i'm not sure why this is. However the easiness of my hair outweighs the smell.
This is my 3rd purchase maybe and I definitely will again, no question.

Just used the At-home Keratin treatment Kit on myself. I was very skeptical about using this product being a hairdresser; I have always used professional keratin products on myself. The steps were easy to follow and I found the spray applicator on the Keratin treatment made it alot easier to apply the treatment rather than the standard bowl and brush method. One I followed the steps, I was able to dry my hair with ease and it didn't effect the colour as much as I thought it would. The results I wanted was for shine and to remove a little density at the roots which this product managed to achieve. Will definetly be using again

The website is easy to navigate and has some great offers on products. The order was shipped and arrived faster than expected. I have extensions and really curly hair so I did the top section of my head above extensions and it has worked well beyond my expectations! My hair is usually dull with little shine and 3 washes later it’s still shiny and dries pretty much straight

I have very frizzy hair and someone I know recommended trying this product. I have to say its been one of the worst experiences of my life. I followed the instructions to a T and my hair seemed okish after the treatment. It also completely stripped the colour turning my hair orange. It has severely damaged my hair. My hairdresser said she has never seen such damage on hair except people who have used excessive heat daily. Its all snapped off around the front (I now have a fringe of sorts) its more frizzy on the damaged bits and looks like I have split ends all the way from roots to tips on all my hair shafts. To be frank its a complete mess and will take a long time to fix. I cannot remember the exact date I used this treatment but it was around February and I'm still dealing with damage still occurring. I have had to by expensive bond repair shampoos and conditioners to try and repair the damage.
UPDATE. Answr did contact me and I have been issued with a full refund. The guy who I dealt with was very helpul.
Two points to note when buying this prouduct ( as these are not easy to find if you can infact find them at all) You must carry out a strand test BEFORE using and you MUST NOT use on newly coloured hair you must wait 2-3 weeks.
I have suggested toAnswr that the products are updated with this information so its easier to find so nobody has the experience I have had.
My hair has improved. Its taken 5 months almost but at least the condition is better ( after using expensive bond repair) and the colour is almost holding.

I absolutely love the keratin hair product, it’s an absolute game changer for my fine frizzy hair and so I tried the hair removal drop which was not as successful for me. The response from Answr to my issues was unexpectedly brilliant. Rarely have I experienced such excellent, proactive and considerate customer service. Other companies could really learn from their approach.

Amazing for frizz! I was sceptical using this product but really haven't regretted it at all. Easy to apply and the finished result was brilliant! Would highly recommend.

Have tried this 3 times now and have been happy with the results each time. I have thick frizzy hair if left to air dry and this is great for sorting it out. Even my hairdresser can tell when I’ve used it. Definitely recommend

I was sceptical when I ordered as this treatment cost so much in salons, but I thought it was worth taking a chance. My hair felt and looked amazing afterwards. I’ve got curly, frizzy hair and it was so straight and smooth afterwards, just with blow drying. I usually have to use straighteners as well. I followed the instructions very closely. It has lasted so well. I’ve just ordered my second bottle along with the shampoo and conditioner this time.

I have used this product for some time with good results. The last one seemed to make my hair frizzing and fly away. What do you suggest?

I purchased this on a whim, my daughter said I was a sucker for an instagram advert.
I was planning a salon visit for my daughter to the tune of £250+ when this come up, I thought ‘what have I got to lose for £40?’ and what can I say? It worked! Saved the extortionate salon trip and my daughter’s hair has for the first time in a decade became tameable.
I’ll definitely be using this again.
Only constructive point for the future is to work on the smell after washes.
But overall I'm thrilled and happy I wasn’t a sucker for the instagram advert!

Shockingly bad.
I've had professional keratin treatments before and thought this would be a cheaper alternative. I know results wouldn't be the same as the professional ones are obviously professional for a reason but my hair did not go straight or silky but instead is now extremely dry and frizzy. Washed hair three times since the treatment with tension and still no change.
So disappointed as followed the instructions exactly. I want my money back.

I absolutely love this stuff. I think I’m on my 4th purchase now. My hair is thick and coarse and it makes such a difference to how it feels and looks. I’m currently in Florida and got caught in the rain yesterday (IYKYK). It did not frizz up like it usually would. It’s a miracle worker and I love it

Super fast delivery , the keratin treatment was so easy to do myself and my hair looks amazing! As good as a salon treatment! Will be ordering again!
