We have been with Ben and Annettes for some years now because we always get good and friendly service on this visit we wasn't too sure what make or type of bed /chairs we are (Disabled) met Harry really nice guy got all the information from us then guided us through the whole procedure he is really knowledgeable guy (he knows his stuff) it was made so easy for us to choose exactly what we wanted so helpful thank you Harry you're a star/thank you Ben you have a great Team 👍

The salesman Rob spent alot of time with us explaining the different mattresses, not pushy, very pleased how we were dealt with and were kept up to date about delivery and the delivery men were very polite and friendly.

I recently bought a sofa from Annetts Furniture and wanted to say how great the service was. I was very indecisive, but Harry was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through all the options, helped me narrow down what would work, and never made me feel rushed. Highly recommend Annetts — and especially Harry — for anyone looking for friendly, expert advice.

We were shopping for a new mattress. We had some idea of what we wanted but we had a helpful explanation of the rating for soft/firm. No pressure. We left to have a think and went back a week later. We got a discount off the marked price. Delivery times explained which they stuck to. Delivery men were very good too.

From start to finish excellent service. Walked in and a polite greeting with a smile the salesman Scott hereford was so helpful & I must say very patient with me, I was a while in the store a hour or more I say. He couldn't do more for me went through all the designs & different fabrics legs etc on the sofa I liked. I ended up buying it and left very happy and sure on decision I made with loots of help from Scott. The delivery service was good and lots of contact through waiting time it came quicker than we thought. The quality is superb & had all round great experience. Highly recommend 👌 shall be shopping in store again for kitchen.

After a terrible experience with another sofa company, we were quite nervous about starting the process again. From the moment we walked into Annetts, though, everything felt completely different — and in the best possible way!
Rob was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right sofa for our home. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Our sofa is now on order, and we honestly couldn’t be more confident or excited for it to arrive. The level of service we’ve received so far has been outstanding.
A huge thank you to Rob for restoring our faith in great customer service — you’ve been brilliant! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Annetts (and Rob in particular) to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

The store itself is huge with choices to suit everyone. The salesman Damien was very helpful and not at all pushy. We were kept informed of progress and all went to plan. Sofa delivered yesterday was unpacked, setup and all packing removed by two friendly delivery drivers. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend and will be 1st choice for any future purchase.

What an amazing company this is, from start to finish , really lovely employees, who look after you so well.
Our sofas took six weeks to arrive, other companies couldn’t promise them before Christmas , they also want to charge for the privilege of delivering it to us. Annette’s is free delivery within fifty miles but I know we’re further than that. We were so pleased with our sofas and the delivery men were lovely, took real pains not to knock anything and put our sofas in the right place. I just want to say thank you to you all, we are chuffed.👏👏👏

Have just taken delivery of a sofa and chair . From the moment I met Harry the salesman to the delivery of my purchases it has been an amazing experience. Annette’s are a first class company to deal with.

What a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. I'm not a great fan of furniture shopping and being followed around by "pushy" salespeople! This, however, was a completely different experience. Great showroom made it easy to visualise the furniture in a room environment. After an initial friendly approach to see if we needed any help we were left to wander around without being followed at every step. Having decided on a new dining table and matching shelving we spoke with Scott. Friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional he guided us through the timeline we could expect for delivery and answered all of our questions. He then gave us his contact details should we have any other questions. An excellent salesperson who left us feeling totally confident in Annetts as a company.
Emails arrived updating us at each stage and Debbie called to arrange delivery. Once again friendly and professional and nothing too much trouble. When I spoke to Richard, to confirm a date and answer a few questions on other products, once again I was totally impressed by the service of this company.
Everyone maintained very, very high standards. Dan completed the whole cycle when delivering our order. Friendly, professional and nothing too much trouble he assembled the furniture and removed all packaging. I can not recommend Annetts highly enough, the people working for them are FANTASTIC (a huge thankyou to everyone we dealt with) and by the way the furniture is superb as well!

We were impressed with everything about the service we received from Annetts’ staff. The salesman was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were able to borrow a fabric swatch to help us choose carpets and curtains - so helpful as we didn’t want to make expensive mistakes! The delivery arrangements were great- especially as we asked if we could bring the delivery date forward a week at short notice. We doubted they would be able to but they fitted us in with no fuss. The delivery team were also very helpful and friendly and the delivery went very smoothly. There was nothing that could have been improved on and we are very happy with our new furniture.

Damien who assisted is a great asset to the company, his product knowledge was excellent and he was attentive without being pushy.
The mattress we purchased is fantastic and after buying many popular online brands and being disappointed, we have finally found a mattress that is so comfortable and enables us to get a good nights sleep. Thank you Damien and Annetts - we will be back.

Just had a Parker Knoll suite delivered by Annetts. The service from walking in the door of the shop to browse around, to deciding what to have and then delivery was excellent. Were able to take samples of cloth home to test in the home environment. The service from start to finish was 5-star. The delivery men were outstanding, all overseen by Scott Owen. Overall a positive experience and a superb product.

I have been looking to replace my current armchairs after nearly25 years of use. Annette is local to me, I have used them before and am aware of the quality of their furniture. I was encouraged to look around the chairs and try as many as I wanted and to take my time. I also had my sister and brother in law with me. The staff were excellent in answering both my and their questions! They did not hover over us but were available to answer questions when needed. I was after good quality British made chairs and found one to suit my needs

Bought a new mattress.
Sales team knowledgeable and really informative.
Delivery team considerate, polite and careful.
Of course you can buy cheaper items elsewhere, but the quality and after sales service is definitely worth the money.

We recently travelled to this store in October to view and try a range of lounge furniture. It is a large store with an extensive layout all on one floor which was exactly what we had hoped for. We received excellent help and advice from their salesperson Damian Minchin who was both knowledgeable and patient which enabled us to place an order with confidence that we have chosen the items best suited to our needs. Based on our experience we would definitely use this store again and recommend it to friends and family
