Don't be fooled ...,,.....it's a load of Shite

Initially, I was a bit underwhelmed by its appearance - it didn't seem as sturdy as I'd hoped. But once I tried it, I was amazed! It tackled all the grime on my patio and driveway effortlessly. Sometimes, performance beats looks, and I'm so glad I made this purchase!

Unable to assemble properly as the hose wouldn't attach to the gun and kept ejecting it when you turn it on. The rear hose attachment leaked worse than a waterfall. Contacted the supplier to request a return and refund. Still waiting after 3weeks. No customer service. Clearly don't care once they have your money

Ok so it arrived within a reasonable time but the claim on the Protechbuying review that .. 'Ankercubic’s ‘secret’ is that they are a team of Germany engineers who have come together to make outdoor supplies'.....led me to imagine something akin to VW, if not Audi, quality. It is flimsy and appallingly badly engineered to the extent that connecting the hose to the gun involved brute force and even connecting a typical Hozelock water hose to the machine takes numerous tries. No idea what tolerances the 'German engineers' were working to.....more '70s Lada. Only used it couple of times, pressure is good but serious reservations about longevity.

Power washer was delivered damaged, requested part, exchange or return, one week later picture was requested of damaged part, then nothing, further requested to return damaged item, nothing,three days later part will be with me soon, still nothing, again requested a return and refund as i have no confidence in this company or the product, still ongoing and attempting to get refund from card company.
I would recommend any potential customers to ignore online reviews of this company, customer service is non existent and any problems in the future will probably be ignored.

This pressure washer is an absolute breeze to use. even my elderly parents can handle it with ease. The adjustable pressure settings make it perfect for a variety of cleaning tasks. and it's light enough to maneuver with ease.

Not quite what I was expecting, not as advertised and I ordered the additional 15m outlet hose which I thought would be useful but this item was missing from the package! I have emailed them twice with regard to the missing hose but not received a reply! The machine works ok once you get the hang of it.

This pressure washer is amazing! My car looks brand new every time I wash it. Every car owner needs one!

While the water pressure i decent, some areas need to be cleaned multiple times to get satisfaction results. Overall, the value for money is acceptable, but there, s room for improvement.

After attempting to report a faulty pressure washer that I had just received I used online contact form to get a replacement part. There has been no response so I requested return instructions. Still no reply. There is no contact telephone number. I can’t comment on the efficacy of the product as it hasn’t worked yet but I can say that the customer service is terrible. Don’t buy from this company.

The washer arrived in a cardboard box with no packaging. Needless to there were broken bits inside and stews lying about. I got in touch immediately to request return label and refund took ages to respond only to say they were going to speak to their engineer !!?? I’ve had to go through credit card company for refund and I’m still waiting for them to arrange to collect as I’m not giving them another penny as they want me to post to China !!! At my expense and they said once they get it they will refund cost - which won’t be happening I’ve told them to arrange pick up at their expense as their goods were not fit for purpose SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

My machine is broken trying to send it back and they are not advising how to do this. Do not buy from this company.

Pure con job this whoever rated it best washer ahead of karcher must be in on it recieved this product and the hose won't fit the gun so can't be used I've read others have had same issue and when you contact them there's no reply scam merchants avoid at all costs

As per all these reviews absolutely DO NOT USE this company they have goosed my Mother. This pressure washer was not fit for purpose referring to credit card company.

Comes from China, arrived with broken wheel, Asked for return and refund and got repeat emails avoiding the request. 8 weeks after and 30 automated emails later, still nothing. Not worth looking at. Stick to Karcher.
Note, not used the unit so can't comment but I'm not convinced on the quality and definitely not the customer service

Pressure washer arrived damaged , wouldn't respond to emails until I recieved chargeback from credit card , would only refund if I shipped item back to them in China at a cost of £190.00 ( item cost £138.00)
Visa recieved a reply from ankercubic saying I never contacted them! Have all email proof ( 19 emails) so now taking further action against this dishonest company . There's a video on you tube OPY* ankercubic pressure washer do not buy .

Don’t buy….spend another £100 and get a good one sorry Ankercubic. Try and send it back cost half the price you paid for it.

As per 2 comments below, my pressure washer arrived with a cable which didn't attach to the spray gun - we are now 8 emails in and still no joy either in returning the item to them or getting a refund. They do not respond to any questions they're asked and the replies you do receive are just templated answers.

This pressure washer is fantastic! It's highly efficient, cleaning everything thoroughly whether it's the car or the exterior walls. The water pressure is strong, and the cleaning speed is fast, saving time and effort, easy to use, and perfect for home use.
