I would give them zero stars if possible!

Purchased a power wash, it was delivered with no problems. The problems started when I found that the item was and still is faulty. There are no returns policies, the email says that the option is not available etc. Luckily with keeping my emails , the back and forth to them and getting no help, Visa were able to assist and do a charge back. Today I receive a new email asking to cancel the dispute and they'll offer me a 20% refund for a faulty item hmmmm No thank you, but i’ll send the unit back- should they give me the instructions to return it, this is what I initially asked for at the beginning!

Poor Chinese quality as you would expect. If you have a hose at home, it will do a better job. DO NOT BUY

Disgraceful customer service
I ordered an Ankercubic pressure washer but cancelled the order before it was delivered. I was told by Ankercubic to refuse to accept delivery from the courier and that I would be refunded once the item was returned. I did this on 5th February. Since then I have sent loads of emails to Ankercubic who claim that Evri has not returned the item to their warehouse. However it is quite clear that their email replies are sent by a robot and that they have not made any attempt to contact Evri. No doubt they are hoping that I will give up but I will not. Every email from them concludes by thanking me for my trust and support!

Avoid at all costs. Lots of problems initially and it has now broken after 6 months. Waste of money!

Absolute rubbish piece of equipment. I'm embarrassed that I allowed myself to be 'sucked in'! I can't emphasise enough DO NOT BUY!!
I contacted Ankercubic to ask the procedure of a return, which was totally ignored and was sent a pathetic short video of how to use!! I've since learned from other negative reviews that the return postage is more that the product. Off to the tip with this one and over £100 + down.

Had powerpresure delivered today only took 3 days from ordering it lovey quick repose from thier customer service I asked them for tracking info & sent emai straight back ,only waiting on 15m hose which i ordered extra they said he be here soon

This company does not deserve one star. Do not under any circumstances buy this machine. It’s useless. Lightweight, flimsy, not at all powerful despite the claims.
Trying to send it back for a refund. They hope I will give up asking. It’s a con. Why put UK after the name, it comes from China. The hype on FB is also a con.
Put your money towards a known make, I really wish I had.Should never be allowed to sell in the UK if they don’t abide by UK consumer laws.
Save yourself some heartache and frustration, DO NOT BUY !

This pressure washer is a great disappointment to me. It is no better than the much cheaper kärcher washer that it replaced. The instruction leaflet that came with it is a joke.

Ordered 10days ago, never showed up.
Emailed company twice and they just say it was shipped and won't do anything about it.

I think this company is a scam they have taken payment. Ordered over 10 days ago Royal Mail tracking doesn’t inform me of whereabouts of pressure washer sent two emails and no response or reply of any sort don’t bother you’ll loose your money

Having read some poor reviews, my expectations were low. In fact I even tried to cancel the order, fearing the worst but, now that it's here, I'm very impressed with it.
It arrived within 3 days of ordering it. It was well packaged and straightforward to assemble.
It works well and is easy and intuitive to use. Excellent value for money.
What's more, I can order additional accessories, at a reasonable price.
My last one was a stihl, which has lasted probably 10 years. Hopefully, this one will last a long time too - I suspect it will.

This pressure washer saves me so much time. What used to take hours now takes minutes. The powerful stream cuts through dirt effortlessly, and it's lightweight and easy to handle.

This pressure washer cleaned my car, driveway, and even my outdoor grill with no trouble at all. The different nozzles offer great versatility, and assembly was straightforward. It's powerful yet water-efficient, which I love.

I love this pressure washer! I haven't been to a car wash since I got it. It's so easy to use, and I love that I can wash my car at home and save money.

DO NOT BUY A PRESSURE WASHER IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY- NOT UK BASED BUT CHINA- fuse blew several times when plugging in ( various fuses and sockets used) Non existent customer service using template answers and various fonts and non sensical wording- expecting the customer to pay to return faulty item to china ahead of reimbursement - postage £190 and washer £138!! Their “ guarantee” wording extremely misleading. Luckily bank intervened as 4 months on i am repeating e mails to this company.

I bought this pressure washer a couple of weeks ago,had a conformation email, three days ago I tried to do the tracking thing but it wouldn't work, I emailed them and a day later had a reply saying it's on the way. The following day it arrived.
Very well packaged, all the bits there, easy to put together, the only thing that was wrong was one of the wheels had a broken bit that keeps the wheel on, but it's so light I'd carry it wherever I needed to go. For a small washer it's pretty good, the review I read that made me buy it was way off the mark saying how powerful it is, it's fine for light work, probably more expensive for what you get, compared to some better known makes, would I recommend it.
Yes,if what you want to do is not serious work. But for communication, delivery time and packaging I can't fault it.

Fantastic product and a great price. I was worried, the jet wash came in a week but the assessories took another 2 weeks. However it was worth the wait, superb jet wash and incredible value for money.

This pressure washer was so easy to use! It's perfect for quick cleaning jobs around the house. The results are fantastic with minimal effort.

I purchased a small pressure washer this was delivered by EVRi promptly. However on the FIRST use the machine kept blowing fuses as well as the main fuse.box. They agreed to send me a replacement. EVRi was to deliver this some 8 weeks ago, this did not happen the EVRi delivery person sent a picture of the delivery which was not our home. We asked them to send the driver back as he had made a mistake, we are still waiting for a phone call.from EVRi, any reputable company would use their brains to rectify the non delivery to the wrong address but not so for EVRi. Ankercubic have done nothing to help us other than telling us to contact EVERi who then tell us to contact Ankercubic. We have asked for a refund for the electrically dangerous washer but no response.

This company is a scam, do not order from them. I could not get any response from them so I had to get a charge back from my bank. Then I started to receive emails stating that matters needed to be resolved peacefully and had a slightly worrying undertone. I sent back the shoddily made goods, from China, not Germany as stated! I was promised a refund of the postage, but despite several emails. No response! The company have closed down the Hypress site that I used and have re-named themselves to Ankercubic. I suspect this is a regular occurrence.
