Orderer a power bank on 2/12 and still haven’t received it.
Orderer a power bank on 2/12 that I never received. I emailed them and they responded on 11/12 that there was an error on their system, and I should receive a shipping confirmation on the next 48 hours. 6 days later and still no confirmation. Unacceptable and scammy behavior on their end.
They offered a 10% discount (doesn’t even cover the hilarious shipping cost) but I won’t be needing it as I’m never ordering again. Please stay away from their scamming tactics and buy more reputable products.

I place an order on the 28.11, I have sent about 10 emails since then to support, so far nothing, have been 13 days, if you dont count the weekends. My suggestion is, if you are lucky, you get what you pay for, if not, I will have to make a claim to my credit car company so I can get my money back. In my opinion Anker stole my money. Maybe they have a good product, but the customer service is a scam.

Nothing happens since their bot replay to my review, stay away from their online store!

An update, got my money back today, 2 days after I made a complaint in the EU Online Dispute Resolution portal. I never got any emails or information or notice regarding the order or the refund, the customer service is non-existent in this brand.

Pretty good products and fast delivery time.
I ordered an Anker Everfrost and it was quite a hassle to get it delivered. They use UPS and they never deliver. Two days in a row I had to speak to UPS customer support to reschedule the delivery because the driver couldn't find my house, roadwork blocked it and many more excuses (and none of them are true). UPS always does this, so it's really annoying that they are partnering with Anker. It was too big for a pick-up station so I had to wait for them to deliver it...
The product itself is really cool (because it's a cooler haha), nice quality and materials. Only downside is that it arrived with a few scratches and paint errors which is annoying.
Overall good experience, but could be better.
Excuses and lack of Delivery to Ireland
The company literally delivers to every European country but Ireland. And when I contacted them for that reason, they invented dozen of excuses to say why not.
The worse is that those reasons are invented, and completely false.
And to provide a solution, they offer to buy in two websites and refund the difference, but the surprise is that none of them sell those items.
This customer service defines a company quite -and sadly- well…
P.S. the reply provided by the brand on the comments have taken us nowhere. The company has literally excluded Ireland because they have focused their production of 3pin plugs only for the UK, disregard that they are not EU anymore.
