Uses GLS who are awful
Uses GLS who are awful. Paid for home delivery yet 12kg package delivered to Relais. Animalis said nothing tjey can do, go get it. Its nearly 1km and I don't currently have a car. Clearly they don't care.

Avoid Animalis.com bad service
I strongly advise against using Animalis.com. Extremely poor service. They tried to cancel my order because they couldn't find find the right sized box to pack it. They are supposed to send the product within 3 working days, it's been 5 full working days and product still has not been sent. And they do not care.

Truly dreadful
Despite promising dispatch within 72 hours, one week later the item, which was needed urgently, hasn’t arrived and it looks like it will be another 5 days. Customer service doesn’t respond. Never again. Stay away from this company.
