Animaker is easy to use and fun. I used it for a school project where I di not want to be on the video, so this worked perfectly. The only thing I could not figure out was how to tab my bullet points when I was making lists.

After watching the provided tutorials, creating animations using Animaker was smooth and satisfying! Customer service was very prompt and helpful when I had questions!

Sneaky charges! I feel scammed! I am very disappointed with my experience with Animaker. In the past, I had downloaded the program and used it once. Apparently I unknowingly opted for a subscription. Five days before the renewal of this subscription I didn’t realize I had, I received an email stating that 300 euros would be charged; however, this email went to my spam folder, so I didn’t see it. Despite never actively using their program, my subscription was unexpectedly renewed, and 300 euros were charged.

When I reached out on the day of the charge and explained that I was in the hospital with my father, who had just suffered a stroke, and therefore hadn’t checked my spam folder, the company showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill. Their refusal to show understanding or offer any accommodation in this exceptional situation has left me with a very negative impression. I feel scammed!

I have a very great experience using it, it’s easy to navigate and I was able to create cool animation that are useful for my work even with the free version. It’s one of the best animation maker app out there. Kudos

I requested a free trial to see if this service would meet my needs before committing to a subscription. In response, they offered me a 4-day trial—but only if I left a review on three different sites before gaining access. Since I hadn't even used the product yet, they were essentially asking for a fake review. This approach left me questioning their priorities and credibility.

This is my first time using Animaker, and I found it really user friendly and easy to pick up - no need to do any tutorials if you've worked with similar video editing apps before. The character selection and poses are excellent and the AI text to speech is very natural sounding! Love the wide variety of templates. My video will look super professional once I am done with it thanks to Animaker, and the cost is very reasonable compared to its competitors.

The website for animations is incredibly efficient and user-friendly. The final animation turned out fantastic, and the customer support team was very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommend!

Ever since I upgraded my Animaker plan, I’ve faced several frustrating issues—like the "Property" feature not working and being double charged because my previous plan wasn’t canceled automatically. These problems have been time-consuming and annoying. However, the support team, especially Ashik, has been very responsive, and I appreciate how quickly they reply each time.
