I experienced an issue where video elements had disappeared from my projects, which meant I might have had to recreate all of my existing videos from scratch.

After contacting Animaker Support, I received a very quick response. Rufus reached out to me personally to better understand the issue, offered temporary solutions while investigating the situation with the relevant partners, and explored alternative ways to resolve it.

By the very next day, all of my video projects were working properly again, and all of the missing video elements had been restored.

I’ve had a great experience so far! They are very responsive. Their Ai tools improve each time I use them, and they do a very good job generating videos and creating audio content.

Very easy to use platform for anyone without editing skills, very good graphics, voices, and great selection of characters to use.

The video creation is not as easy as it looks. I had to rely on the team to fix the issue with my promo video. I couldn't find enough info on the site to do it on my own. In the end, the video came out great.

Animaker is good app ,helpfull video editing .

Paid 45$ for a month but actually paid 45$ for a single 1 minute Video. After this only 22 seconds of credits were left. And the generated Video was not satisfactory nor usefull. Feel scammed.
