Great international moving experience
Great international moving experience. Very efficient packing / moving day, and great communication about logistics from sales person (Jack Connolly) and moving coordinator (Dipak Parmar). We more complex requirements with a need for both airfreight and seafreight + two different delivery locations, but they were able to accommodate every request. We asked for quotes from several companies and API pricing was very reasonable. Would use them again.

Stressfree efficient Moving overseas

Working with Anglo Pacific to organise additional items left over from our original move from the UK to Sydney has been a delight and simple process.

Great work!
We worked with Anglo Pacific Movers and had a truly positive experience. Dipak Parmar and Michael Laverty were both extremely helpful — their estimates were precise, and all the packing materials were provided well in advance of moving day.
On the day itself, a team of four arrived and did an excellent job. They were efficient, respectful, and managed to pack everything within a single day — fast, tidy, and well-organized.
Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and are now waiting for our shipments. We would definitely choose to work with this company again.

A calm support during a stressful time
Anglo Pacific provide you with a calm and thorough experience, which can otherwise be very stressful. Even though there were a few little bumps along the way, they went above and beyond to help and make things go smoothly. Special mention must go to our move manager Arman, who was there to support at every stage of the move. This review has been made just in relation to getting our items onto the ship. Hidden costs incurred when goods arrive onshore and electrical plugs cut off by Customs
I used Anglo Pacific to ship some stereo equipment and records from my former family home to my current address in Australia. When the goods arrived the local courier partner company, Conroy Removals, contacted me to say there would be additional costs; $240 for Customs to inspect the goods and $200 despite owning the possessions for 30 years, I was not made aware of the costs and was told I wouldn't receive my boxes until I had paid. If I hadn't paid promptly I would have been charged for storage. When I unpacked the stereo equipment Customs had cut the plugs off and in Australia only a licensed Electrician is authorised to fit new plugs. Again, I wasn't aware this would happen and have incurred more cost. The boxes took 4 months to be delivered from Coventry to Melbourne.

All our quotations exclude the Australian Quarantine fees, and inspections fees etc, these are never prepaid and are under the authority of customs which we have no control over.
We are sorry that you have felt mislead but quite honestly everything is in our documentation that we sent you and nothing is hidden. It is up to each client to review our documents especially of what is included and what is excluded and all the items you have mentioned falls under the exclusions and you have signed and accepted and confirmed that you have read and understood everything, so not sure how you feel that we have hidden costs when that is not true.
