This summer my family and I spent 10 days in Turkey. The hotel was 4 star's, but really not worthy of 1. Anex tour we're no help in trying to relocate us, and were not interested in giving any sort of compensation. NO customer service whatsoever:( I'll never travel with ANEX Tour again. :(((((((((
