Great service, communication and price

I chose Andy’s Blinds based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews here and I’m happy to say I share that positivity.

From first contact to fitting I’ve felt confident in the team, they were responsive and kept me updated all the way through. Andy listened to what I wanted during the initial meeting and why certain things mattered - he offered advice rather than a sales pitch. Judith was a pleasure to deal with and always very helpful.
Price was better than I expected (motorised ‘smart’ roller blind for French doors).
The blind was fitted quickly and on a mutually agreed date. It came faster than I expected in fact.

Looks great, some niggles with the hub and it losing connection (but that’s typical of a lot of home automation) and I’ve now set up some routine automations I’m hoping will work without intervention.

Andy is very helpful and skilled at his job. Guided us on bay window tracks and replaced another track in the bedroom.

I would definitely recommend using Andy’s Blinds. From start to finish, it was a five star service; we were kept well informed throughout the process by Judith which was extremely helpful and Andy had a great selection of blinds and fitted them promptly. The blinds themselves look absolutely great, they are of a very high standard and quality.

Judith @Andy's blinds was absolutely brilliant with her communication with me from start to finish kept me updated all the way ,when Andy came to fit them very polite and fit them with ease, thank you guys will definitely recommend 100%.
