My 52 volt battery will not fully charge, when the charger goes from red to green. I check the battery and it says it is not fully charged or I got a used battery.

The bike itself is built pretty well. It has one major design flaw. That flaw is the retaining bolt used to fasten the left side pedal crank. This retaining bolt needs to incorporate left hand threads. The pedaling action on the left side of the bike will constantly work to loosen a right hand thread due to its counter clockwise rotation. Adding thread locker is NOT the solution. The replacement part you sent me still incorporates right hand threads for the left side of the pedal crank. Any further manufacturing runs should be redesigned to utilize left hand threads on the left side. There are no instructions included with this replacement part! Do you have a website for installation instructions?

I ordered a front turn signal kit from you and although the parts arrived okay, no installation instructions were included.

Just got my Apex 50 and totally love it. I ordered a spare battery and some other accessories, and thy were extremely fast in responding to my questions. No fult on theirs,but I had a broken plastic piece and they sent a replacement with no questions asked.
I would put there customer service as top notch with great communication. (Just remembered the time change).
The Apex 50 (52V) is amazing, very smooth and lots of power. I have installed a bow rack and even with the extra top heavy weight the bike is still very stable and just a blast to ride.
Have no fear, this bike and company are well worth the money.

The arrival of the bike in Romania took several days, because the transport company needed to group the goods in this direction. The informational communication with ANDSKY was particularly good and fast. The bike was very well packaged and the package arrived intact. The quality of the bike and its constructive details is particularly good, and the price achieved by ANDSKY is unbeatable.

Flat paved road and bike says I'm going 35mph but actual speed is 32, so screen mph not accurate, which makes me worry if miles on bike will be accurate or not, so will need to test that out as well. Also the free gift they give, mainly the cellphone pouch, not the best with holding on frame firmly.

Bike overall is pretty good I would say, and i like that you can choose what wheels you want to give the power. Emailing them is pretty good for they get back to you quickly, even though mention the inaccurate mph gets you nowhere.

Shipping was fast and Price is reasonable but the battery is way overated

I've only had these for a few weeks but I am impressed . Maxed out a 35 mph on paved flat road. Took out on my backwoods trails and was a little bumpy at higher speeds. Big fat tires easily grip the trails and took up a steep hill from a stop. Made it up pretty easy at 10 mph with both motors engaged. I am a bit concerned that already sold out on replacement batteries. Hope when I do need one that it's not an issue being such a new company. But overall this bike is a beast and fun to ride.

Had the bike about a month now! No complaints at all from the time I ordered it until now! Seems to have more pep than the other two bikes we have. So far so good! Thanks for a great bike!!!

I purchased the foldable bike which came exactly as shown and very quickly. It was an easy assembly. This is a sturdy bike! I will say that going from pedal assist 1 to pedal assist 2 took me by surprise with the amount of power. Thought I might fall off the back! All in all I am delighted with my purchase.

I ordered an Apex 50 and got it a few weeks later as mentioned. Took about 3hrs to get it together. Great Ebike overall and I am very please with my purchase.
