I contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase a new lid for my coffee grinder I damaged it while trying to remove a label, they very kindly are going to send me a replacement at no extra charge. The customer service I’ve received is second to none and I would recommend Andrew James products to anyone quality items and excellent customer service
I contacted Andrew James to enquire about a replacement bulb for their Digital Halogen Oven with hinged lid, I've owned this oven for several years and have found it far superior to previous ovens I've owned. When originally purchased it came with a spare bulb, but because the original bulb lasted so long before it failed, the spare bulb was nowhere to be found. I was absolutely flabbergasted when the company sent me a replacement bulb completely free of charge! Their customer service is above and beyond what l have ever experienced, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, and I thank them for their generosity and kindness.

What an excellent customer service. I brought a new mixer which after one use had a fault. Contacted customer service who couldn’t have been any more helpful and within 3 days my new replacement had arrived. I have brought different products from them over the years and they are always helpful.

I had a halogen oven, purchased via Amazon. After 19 months, the fan failed. I emailed Andrew James and got a prompt reply. I hadn't expected the warranty to last for 24 months, but with an absolute minimum of fuss they shipped a replacement oven to me overnight.
I had to reach out to them regarding an issue and they were kind and responded quickly. The issue was resolved and I’m very happy with the customer service (and the product).
