NOT THE COMPANY THEY ONCE WERE

AMAZON PLEASE STOP LEAVING PARCELS OUT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, IN THE RAIN, AND NO CARD THROUGH THE DOOR TO TELL ME IT'S THERE. A KIND PASSER BY KNOCKED BY DOOR THIS MORNING TO LET ME KNOW ONE WAS THERE TOTALY SOAKED THROUGH TO THE GOODS INSIDE. I AM ELDERLY AND NOT GOING OUT AT ALL. THE PARCEL COULD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR DAYS. OR STOLEN!

Stolen product

Ordered a phone as a birthday present, was delivered by Amazon themselves and the phone had been stolen, replaced with biscuits. After loads of phone calls and emails have still got no where with them. Will never use this company again .

I've got really fed up with this…

I've got really fed up with this company. Ordered an item on 17/8/21 for £4.99, it got damaged on its way to me so got returned. I ordered more items on 22/8/21 for £18.89 again these got returned as they were damaged on route to me. I am still waiting for an email informing me they have been returned, and I am still waiting for my money to be put back into my bank account. I get absolutely no where with this company. I'm still stuck with a broken ornament as well they sent me, cause they were not interested in my email I sent them to pass onto the company.

Appalling delivery practices & incorrect reporting by driver

The last three deliveries have simply been left out in the open, on the doorstep. One delivery was delivered while I was away & shown as “handed to customer”!!! Unlikely unless delivered by drone. Today two packages, again in full view. This time I was in, but by the time I got to the door the driver was at the end of the street getting back into his van to drive away. Again, showing as “handed to customer”. This practice MUST STOP. Unfortunately, website does not have anyway of contacting directly, by email, live chat, or phone. Obviously more interested in getting billionaires to space than delivering to customers. Just what do Amazon delivery drivers think their job is? The parcels could be handed to neighbours or out of sight - no front garden, delivery is effectively dumping it in the street.

They are the absolute worse

They are the absolute worse. First order with them, 3/4s of items were missing. Told me later the items they claimed were in stock are no longer. Second order with them. Half items were missing. They told me it was delivery system. Took forever to get my money back both times. I placed one more time, one item, some foot spray. 2 months and never got it or refund. Complained to them numerous times. Guess I have to chalk it up for experience, since apparently they want to rip me off. Buyer beware, they are the worse customer service and delivery company.

Amazon censoring reviews

I wrote a review about an item I purchased. This review was fair and unbiased. The company has only 4&5 star reviews that can be read, although there are others but you can't see them. I mentioned this in my review. I was told it had to be assessed before posting. Today I was told that it wasn't allowed. This is wrong as people rely on the reviews to buy things. There was no reason given as to why the review couldn't be posted just a referral to the community guidelines.

Do not trust Subscribe & Save

Do not trust Subscribe & Save. Lower priced subscribe and save items available one week before my delivery and one day after were cheaper than the amount charged by Amazon. They have told me that the price is determined on the dispatch day but I don’t believe this and they are unable to give me the product price over the last 10 days. If you don’t swap and change your items before each delivery then you will not get their best price. Beware.

Amazon poor customer service

Delivered my parcel to an unknown address, photo as proof was not my house. Customer service is automated and useless. No help at all and finally got a refund. So hard to complain when they mess up. Round and round in circles .

Very poor delivery service

With sadly increasing numbers of people seeking work I can’t understand why Amazon is now employing total fools to make deliveries
I am sick to death of the random approach to leaving stuff anywhere it takes the drivers fancy in spite of clear directions in the property. Going through locked gates, ignoring signs to the entrance, leaving stuff in the open outside buildings with a total incorrect name. And it’s not just us. Twice in the last week alone I am aware of items being delivered to holiday cottages (clearly signed for obvious reasons) either because the delivery person can’t understand the sign or can’t be bothered to read it. With holiday properties being closed and owners frequently not being legally able to visit them this is a real issue As I know from experience there is always an argument if something doesn’t arrive as to whether it has been delivered or not.

Non prime customers given misleading dates and amazon won’t allow customers to write about it on amazon site

Ordered for a good number of years and generally no probs. I didn’t have prime but I ordered a few items over the past few weeks and to say that non prime customers are given wrong and misleading dates for delivery is an understatement and annoying when the date breaches and we’re told be patient!!! That’s ok for a day but some items either never arrived or at least a week late. I decided to try prime for a month for free as my daughter never had any problems when she ordered loads of things. I ordered one item that was promised the next day and you order that particular item for the date promised. I’m stlll waiting a week later. I didn’t even continue with the remaining free days for the prime. What is further annoying is that when you try and review negatively about the fact that you didn’t really get any help from amazon or that it appeared that non prime customers get taken advantage of( I know I was let down last week with prime) so altogether poor and amazon would not print the honest reviews, controlling anazon.

Allowing bullying and abuse

This a review of amazons customer service in relation to reporting false reviews on products, abusive comments and racist or sexist reviews. Why do Amazon have a report abuse button? It seems to do no good. I contacted customer service direct which took some time I can tell you. Their response? We'll transfer you to the right department and they'll send an email. I received the email. Please use the report abuse button! It's a waste of time meanwhile the site is full of bullying comments, derogatory comments about women, racist comments and false reviews intended to lower the score of a product. As far as I can see Amazon don't care. I stopped reviewing books, films and music due to the constant abuse in the comments section. I wiped over 2000 reviews because of it. Amazon did nothing despite using their reporting tool. I know others have had similar experiences but what's the point in trying to tell Amazon? They just don't care.

Prime money taken against your eill

It is now impossible to order without being forced into a Prime account. Amazon then takes money from you every month without your approval. Even not actually ordering anything the Prime account will be set up against your will and you will have to go through an immensely complicated set of screens to stop it. Even if you remove your credit card Amazon will then attempt to search for any previous credit cards and charge them. Surely extracting money against your will is illegal?
