DO NOT GET PRIME MEMBERSHIP

I’m very disappointed with Amazon’s service. My order was supposed to be delivered on a 25th of October, but even after 8 days, it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted Amazon support and spoke with Mr. Fiasath Ali from the leadership team, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. He was absolutely unhelpful—just kept repeating the same scripted responses and made no real effort to resolve my issue or help me cancel the order and issue a refund.

As a long-time Prime member, I expected much better service and support. Unfortunately, the so-called “Prime benefits” aren’t worth the monthly payment if this is the kind of treatment you receive. Save your time and money—Amazon Prime isn’t delivering the value it promises.

we are paying business prime for fast and curranty next day delivery. The last month Amazon delivery to my business 3 times parcel with 2 days delay and the last time they never deliver. Unfortunately a good company starting loosing her reputation and at the same time effect my business reputation.
I hope another platform will come up soon because that is not right.

Awful disreputable company

Awful disreputable company - their courier dumps package outside my house (he says but who knows) having failed to deliver or message in 4 hour delivery slot that I waited at home for
When I got home late at night package dumped outside was not there
Apparently because I reported item missing it's my fault and I am now in breach of their returns and refund policies
I'm sick of Amazon and will now close my Amazon account

I Wrote to customer support to get help with a faulty Fire TV stick 4k, stuck on update, known issue. After troubleshooting with 5 different agents, they offered me a refund on a newly purchased new gen FireTV 4k if I purchase it right then. I ordered the product and was promised that upon delivery the amount paid will be automatically wired on my debit card. And was advised to dispose of the defective unit. The package arrived next day. After on Saturday. No sign of the money though. So on Wednesday I've contacted customer support again. They apologized and after chatting for 2hour 20' realized that I will not be getting my money back, the new agent stated that the support representative that scammed me to buy a new product in exchange of a refund was wrong and falsely promised me a refund.
Total waste of my time and money

-Manager and no resolution.
-CS blatantly lied to me telling md money had been issued to my account which manager confirms was not.
-CS no help and even ended chats without helping.

There is no support.

Terrible past 24 hours with rude customer service agents who knew nothing , bought a duvet ,it was dirty , wanted ne to send an unhygenic item back and look at all the diseases we are getting , i should get a refund and throw in bin or burn but no ,Amazon agents want me to send it back so some poor other person will receive it in another order , i cant believe it

Amazon blocked my account right after I…

Amazon blocked my account right after I added a gift voucher to it because I have not used this account for a while. The message from Amazon is to contact the customer service but to do so I have to login my account. The email informing me about the issue had a phone number. After 5 min. speaking to a Bot I was finally transferred to an associate who sent me a guide on how to unblocked my account. Following the steps I ended to a point that doesn't exist on the website. I sent 6 emails asking for accurate guidance but received a message to call them again. This is fraudulent activity - to block account after a gift voucher is added, not providing a process to unlock it and sending fauls guidance.

Amazon Several Deliveries in One Day

Why doesn’t Amazon send all orders at the same time. If I order several products they can sometimes arrive at different times of the day delivered by a different courier each time. Surely it would be more cost effective to have all of the parcels delivered by one person on that day. Am I missing something here?

Amazon even have the power to remove negative reviews. Makes me now wonder how genuine trustpilot is. Given false email address by Amazon as they won't let you formerly complain. I have let the ombudsman know. Amazon even asked me to open a 2nd account hmmm dodgy account. What kind of huge company has no complaints procedure or email address to complain! Beware, be very aware. Don't buy anything of great value, as when it goes wrong there is no one to sort the issue and nor do they sort it! They will Not tell you how to complain or give any communication in black and white. They will lie to get you off the phone, that's if you can jump through the hoops to get them on the phone. Who regulates this huge company you spend your money on that leave your goods in the garden in the snow! That's if you are lucky enough to get what you bought

Pre-Order gift card nightmare

I pre-ordered 2 David Bowie lps back in Feb 24. I understand that pre-orders are not charged until the item is dispatched. I had been sent a £5 off voucher in April. So I cancelled one of the lps then re-ordered to get the discount. I added some more credit to my gift card balance on the 3rd of May which I thought would take me to £70 which would more than cover the cost of both lps. I had also set my payments to use my gift card balance to cover my pre-orders. On checking that that the balance had gone up. I discovered that the money for the pre -order had been taken on the 26th April a full month before dispatch. I have been in contact many times by live chat since and have in total had to repeat my problems to 15 different agents. They initially tell me it is thier duty to resolve this issue etc etc but have never done so. One the 19th May i chatted and was advised that my other pre order would definitely be taken from my gift balance. In the early hours of this morning 24th May. Two emails arrive advising on dispatch. On checking my gift balance no money had been taken, instead my bank balance has been reduced called live chat and 1 hour 15 mins I have dealt with 3 new agents, one, supervisor who never replied to me.I am now left with having to borrow money to cover the cash taken from my account. I have a gift card balance that I no longer wish to use as they won't refund my cash and take from the gift balance. I have been using Amazon since 2010. However the last 3 years have been abysmal. I assume that they are so big that they now feel untouchable and do as they please. Hiding behind a smokescreen of their interpretation of data protection, policy and procedures as well as a blatant disregard for the fundamental principles of selling and retail. I hope that people take notice of this long review before buying from this company

(Wave Generator) turned up WITHOUT a manual or instructions...plus doesn't seem to work...2nd 206-0964587-8340678
ADVERTISED as WESTLAND 100 litre bag of Bark turned up yesterday in TWO BLACK PLASTIC BAGS...some joker CUT the ORIGINAL bag in half and repacked into 2 black plastic bags...SOGGY and SMELLY...RIP OFF... called customer ( DONT)care...Shaheeda told me all 3 items I have problems with are third party sellers. And referred me to them...sellers don't give a hoot...I also ordered a big bag of peat at same time...over week ago. AMAZON takes your money then blows you off...DONT BUY SUCH GOODS from amazon. I even had to buy ANOTHER gas lighter 2 days ago because original one bought with lots of butane gas cylinders STOPPED working. One SHOULD get some compensation for all the hassles to get thru to C C...Shaheeda didn't think I deserved anything...after all the sagas as mentioned above. Amazon u know who I am. Postcode is SN5 8HY
Get these nightmares sorted ASAP and compensate me for all the hassles...and sort your sellers out too

AMAZON DELIVERY LIES!!!

Convenient but… their delivery people are clowns… had yet another parcel thrown in the general direction of my front door this morning and the delivery notification said posted through letterbox which was a complete LIE!!!
Where Amazon FAILS is that they really DON’T CARE!!!

Derisory Amazon service/customer response.

Utterly unacceptable.Pay for Prime membership/delivery and this company lazily "passes" this to the wholly useless Royal Mail delivery service! The latter only delivers once per day...in the morning...and if for whatever reason they cannot get into building,then it's the next day or later.
If I wanted something delivered by the Royal mail,then I know what to expect,but Amazon offerered zero justification or explanation for why a customer ordering on Prime,is then subject to the vagaries of the notorious poor Royal mail delivery system.Very, very poor Amazon service and absolutely no clarity on 'Why'!?..Also,I would add,it's an insult to offer the customer a £5 voucher,as a sop for bad service!..One is not looking for "crumbs",but a proper,membership delivery service?

Two 'deliveries' in three days?

Two deliveries in three days. Second delivery tracking says ' Handed to resident' Second parcel was left in full view of the road by a dustbin, and nobody knocked. The first parcel nobody knocked and the parcel has never been found. So called customers service, 'call back in 24 hrs', then 'call back in three days if you still haven't found it.' It was supposedly handed to the resident, so why keep putting off sorting it out?

Received a kettle from Amazon

Received a kettle from Amazon. The product was clearly a return. The plastic bags were stuffed in the bottom of the box rather than on the product. The item was stuffed diagonally in the box. The box was distorted from the way it had been repacked. The box bottom was held together with Amazon prime tape. This was shockingly bad.

Poor customer service

It’s like speaking to a robot when your put through to an advisor, they can be so unhelpful and extremely rude! I’ve bought a few items that have been damaged and had to return, latest was a desk! All smashed to bits but Amazon wanted me to cart it to a post office to be returned…Royal Mail never delivered it as it’s too big, so they then said I have to pay for the return to get a refund! You can’t make this stuff up with just how terrible they are.

Cancelled the prime membership as tbh it’s pointless now I won’t buy anything else from them and as for the PrimeTV….I’ve seen more up to date series on a certain satellite TV channel G! Terrible service all round and Amazon just don’t seem to care! Stick with eBay, least they know what they’re doing!
