I have bought many pieces of Ana Luisa jewelry, both online from their site and at a local boutique. I can't get enough because their jewelry is seriously lovely! Trust me, you don't have to spend a whole lot of money to own quality, stylish jewelry.
I have had conversations with customer care agents through live chats and through email. EVERY conversation is with a friendly, caring, polite and professional person who has gone the extra mile to help me out and who has followed up to let me know that I am all set or to let me know what is the next step. I did an exchange as I had ordered the wrong size on a ring and the process could not have been easier. I have a lot of respect for Ana Luisa because their products are top notch but just as important, they are just really nice people!!

Great Customer Service! I had a shipping issue that was totally my fault. I text Customer Service and they responded immediately, solved my problem, and even sent a replacement order via expedited shipping, at no additional cost to me.
Poor customer relations
Sent wrong item and then instead of saying just keep it, our error, wanted pictures and wanted it in the mail before sending correct order plus it took a month to get it so I missed bday gift. Sent really annoying emails saying exact same thing everyday ( and seemed like every hour). Poor customer relations!

I had been eyeing a necklace for a while and finally bought it during their Black Friday sale, which included a free gift and 30 percent off. It felt like a great deal! I accidentally kept in my mother’s address when I checked out via Shop app. I emailed Ana Luisa about changing the shilling address and the automatic message recommended trying the chat too. I did and was quickly put in contact with an agent named Cherry. This was on a Saturday, but within minutes Cherry had changed the shipping address to my billing address. She also responded to my email confirming all was fixed. Absolutely wonderful service!!

When I contacted them about not receiving my order, they looked into it and discovered it was lost in transit. They immediately sent out another one on expedited shipping and I received it shortly after. They were very professional to deal with. I love my bracelets and have actually placed an order for some more jewellery.

The solid 9k gold earrings I had purchased as a gift literally shattered upon the second use. I did not have my purchase order, but Jessa was able to find my original purchase via my email address. The process was very easy, and all done thru the "Chat" feature on the company's website. Jessa was very pleasant, understanding, informative and helped to painlessly resolve the issue with an expedited replacement. Ana Luisa's 2-year warranty truly holds, which is much appreciated since the purchase was significant.
