If you buy something from them they sign you up for their monthly membership which costs over$50 a month. It's not clear that you are being signed up for this when you make a purchase. Even after I attempted to cancel the membership and their customer service confirmed that my membership was canceled, they still attempted to charge me the next month. There are many similar complaints about this company. Worst online shopping experience I've had.

Jessa was incredibly kind, warm, helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond to try and help me find resolution.

I messed up the shipping address and realized too late after the order was placed. They worked quickly to get the correct address to the warehouse before the order was filled. They also kept me updated with texts that the correction was made and my birthday bracelet to my friend made to her by her date perfectly. Excellent customer service.

I took a much needed trip to NYC and walked into the Anna Luisa store. Everyone in there was so nice and helped me find the perfect earrings. When I got home, I realized one of the pieces had fallen off. When I contacted customer service they immediately wrote back and offered me a replacement or gift card. They were so kind and helpful and were very prompt. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service. I have already recommended Ana Luisa to all of my friends and will be absolutely shopping here for my small earring addiction in the future.

Wonderful experience! I had contacted customer service because a necklace I had bought in Sept ‘24 broke 😢. Thankfully they offer a 2 yr warranty. I was able to get a replacement sent to me at no charge. Very thankful for that warranty. I wore the necklace daily since I got it in Sept ‘24. They didn’t have the same one but sent me the latest one or the one most similar. Excellent customer service! Thank you so Much for a wonderful experience with Ana Luisa.

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings yesterday and was charged a 1 time fee for creating a membership and another time for the full first months membership. I didn't even know this was happening until I got the mail. When I get the earrings I will return them because this is not the way ro do business. I might have chosen a membership after seeing the products, but not after this. Be aware when buying from them, if the products were great, they wouldn't have to resort to this.

I placed an order and it arrived within a week. I have ordered quite a few times from AL and have never had a problem. I like the quality of the jewelry and everything has been fine so far.
