They helped me when my package was lost, and the product is absolutely beautiful. It doesn't tarnish as they claimed. I waited months to do this review to see if it tarnishes because I'm the queen of tarnishing jewelry. However, Ana Luisa's earrings didn't. They are of good quality.

I returned broken earring and they shipped it back instead of a new one

I received the wrong item, even after reaching out when I had suspicions it was incorrect. I was assured the correct item was being sent.
The order section of the website (under My Account) is not helpful or well engineered.
Also a pair of earrings I ordered, while beautiful, came with the back clasps so loose I had to use pliers to tighten them. You shouldn’t have to use tools on $175 earrings.
Customer service is very friendly and the pieces themselves are lovely but I will not be purchasing from this site again.

i bought my favorite pair of earrings from analuisa a while ago and lost one. in an effort to repurchase the same earrings, i discovered they were still under warranty and had new ones sent to me! im so happy i love these earrings so much. all of the earrings ive gotten from analuisa have been great quality and super cute but replacing this pair made my year

They kept my card on file and committed fraudulent purchases using my credit card, I haven’t bought from this company in years and thought I received a spam email confirmation of purchase for a an lux subscription. I have the same problem as “guys 3.4.26” review. Do not trust this company. I have reported it as fraud to my bank.

I am having problems receiving my earrings. When emailing AnaLuisa, I receive an automated response stating they will get back to me within 48 hours. I have yet to receive and actual response to my request for a shipping update. The shipping label was created 03/03/2026 and has been in that status as of today 03/18/2026.
