We are delighted with our small parquet Amtico flooring. It looks wonderful in pur kitchen and it's so easy to clean.

Great service from this company

The quality of the flooring, and the expertise of the fitter, were both first class. We were surprised at having to wait 8 weeks from the point of order until the fitting date.

I couldn’t be happier with this product. Three months on from installation, it still looks perfect and we’ve had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Initially, I hesitated to choose Amtico because I assumed it would be far too expensive and difficult to replace if any part of the flooring was ever damaged. However, the clear and reassuring explanation of the process completely changed my mind. In reality, the product has exceeded my expectations, and I haven’t needed any replacements at all—simply because there have been no problems.

It’s beautiful, hard-wearing, and has been faultless from day one. I am genuinely delighted with both the quality and the peace of mind it’s given me.

Great product, lived up to expectations and after service great

Flooring is excellent and looks good too, with a long guarantee. Only downside was the fitters left quite few spots of adhesive on the surface of the flooring which I had to scrape off.

Overall not happy about the product.

New amtico floor fitted last year within weeks scratches appeared company came out to look at it made up all kinds off excuses for the poor quality off product. As we pointed out we have the same flooring in another room for years no problems. Must be inferior product. Company. Took no responsibility. Even though they came out to replace 5 pieces that scratch within weeks. Never again. Just an update. After seeing my review the company replied for me to get in touch I did right away but to date got no response. I expect it looks good to pretend they are interested in a complaint but it just to look better on trust pilot

Excellent product all round. Looks great, feels great and fits perfectly. Easy to clean.

Easy to follow instructions and quick to confirm warranty

The floor itself is nice but the install was the worst professional work I’ve come across. The whole floor was installed too low and left large gaps under the sink and toilet. Around the edges you could see the cut was not to the wall. I was promised so much. But will never use the company to install anything else at my house. I will never recommend this company to do work for anyone else and will deter as many people as possible.

Fitter was really good. Floor looks amazing. Very happy with our supplier (Horwich Carpets). Who accommodated the timing of the fitting for us snd gave us exceptional service.

moved into new build in June 2025 and had amtico Spacia flooring all down stairs and it looks really nice. would highly recommend.
