Claire and the team were first class and so helpful

Incredible service from start to finish. However, there were few hiccups with the appropriate lender. I am grateful to Connor, Luke, Claire and the team who were so helpful to sort out a mortgage that is tailored to my circumstances. Luke Taylor is absolutely fantastic. Not only are the response times super fast, but it's also genuine and caring. You definitely don't feel like just another customer - Luke really heard us, gave us completely unbiased and solid advice for our situation. We personally needed a very fast turnaround due to having to swap lenders mid-offer, Luke was fully onboard within minutes, performed a miracle and didn't cut any corners either! Gave us many options, we never felt like we were stuck or a bother, even when I had tons of questions, Luke was happy to answer. Honestly can't stress more than enough how grateful we are - when getting a mortgage it can be a very big commitment, so having someone who is a genuine human being to support you in making the best decisions and giving you all the possible options, is just the best thing you can ask for in this situation. 10/10 thank you Luke you're amazing.

Having searched around several mortgage advisors leading to loose ends, we found AMSMortgages.
Within 10 minutes of submitting an application online, we were contacted by Connor McKenna.
From the start he was exceedingly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. We did not have to wait around for a response, Connor was on the ball with our application. Where other mortgage advisors fell short of options to offer, Connor managed to go above and beyond to find the right lender for what we needed.
24 hours later, our application was ready to be handed over to the lender.

Was discouraged getting a mortgage by L&C and Haysto. Googled around saw AMS spoke to the team, they looked at the financials and history, immediately said they could help. Connor got us really competitive rates from high street banks. First offer fell through due to property type, this didn’t discourage them. They had already lined up a new lender (NatWest) and we completed 3 months later. Communication was brilliant emails answered in a couple of hours, always available for a conversation on the phone. Great team, fantastic service, would use again.

Dealing with Connor made the process simple, spoke about my options and went through a few details to then getting a remortgage in principle to then getting all my information for him to have an application submitted in the space of 24 hour period.
