Purchased a smart anti snoring device cost £23 +p/p. It worked fine for 5 days then stopped working. I have sent 3 emails and no response. I am 73 years old and cannot afford to waste money. I purchased an identical one for under £5 from AliExpress and that one works. I did request a replacement with the first 2 emails but said i now want a full refund in the 3rd email. Do not buy from them terrible customer service. Be warned.

Bought a back corrector strap and it is just useless - waste of money

Ordered a neck massager as a present for my son for Christmas.
Was absolutely useless. So I asked for a refund and to be fair it was a bit slow and unprofessional. But surprisingly they said I could return it!
Almost 4wks on and when I asked where my money is, they said that the box was damaged and that that was breaking their terms. The box was no way broken when I sent it. I would advise people to stay clear of this company, the reviews say a lot.

Lied about dispatch
I was emailed by the company to notify me order shipped 6/2/26 I thought great fast dispatch. I kept checking the tracking Evri hadn’t received it, by the 11/2/26 no update Evri still waiting for package, so I emailed Ammpoure and got a blunt email shipped 6/2.
I checked Evri again and item was received at a parcel shop 11/2/26 after my email, so was never dispatched at all. I emailed them again with the evri update, telling them their email was not helpful and they had not dispatched item when they claimed.
I have received the item, not used yet. The company over inflate the price then claim it’s been reduced to make people believe consumers are getting a bargain, it’s not a bargain just cheap stuff. Avoid company.
Received item Sat then received an email Tuesday with what I presume was a sarcastic email. Email was Evri update showing delivered. May be they should instead of being petty, post their items on time to avoid customer interaction, as they are really not very good at it.

Item I ordered was incomplete. I have tried contacting to get a returns number but no reply. Telephone number is unobtainable.

Scam. Do not order anything through this site. If you have ended up ordering then dispute the transaction through your bank

Despite many failed attempts to contact customer service about part of my order that has not been delivered, I have not been successful sorting it out. It appears the issue has been dismissed after initial contact with a very poor customer service.
I can only advise NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I want to update this review, I have finally received a refund, so I wanted to be fair, I have found the experience very frustrating with poor communication, however like I said the funds have been returned.Company gives the impression they’re are in the uk, I now highly doubt that, took weeks to be delivered, item arrived damaged, asked for a refund several times, without an answer, then finally got an email asking if I would like the item replaced? Which I refused, requested again a refund, no answer, very frustrating and disappointing, the item was £38.00 so not a tiny amount of money, I’m not contacting them again, they can have the money. In my experience I would recommend you steer clear of this outfit.

I wish I could give no star! Absolutely poor quality and terrible customer service! I feel cheated in every aspect. Do not buy from them!

After 21 days order still not received and no response from customer support. Strongly advise you not to trust this company.

I bought a dog harness as she has weak back legs. I was told it was on its way, nothing arrived. I emailed them to no real affect. Waited several weeks, still nothing, so I got in touch with my bank who took the case on and got my money back. If I could give a minus rating, I would. Not recommended !

Ridiculous sent my order back and sent proof of my order and did not have a picture of the return which they keep asking for but sent my order number still haven’t got my refund. Never order from here

Do not use!!! Simple. No product sent, no communication what so ever. Avoid at all cost!!

POOR POOR service, is it ridiculous to wait for a refund 15 working days.
I have just reported them to Citizen Advisor and claimed my money !

Product I brought did not work so it was sent back. Now being told that a refund has been sent to my account but still no payment. Emails back and forth still no refund I would not use this company, product was not fit for purpose and the refund is not forthcoming after sending it back. Be very carful use a credit card so they pay you back and chase this company it is very Micky mouse and a con stay away.

I bought a bird feeder from there and in my haste to buy it I did not check out the company - bad mistake. Buyers beware the order to weeks to arrive and it looked half the size from the photos and was of suspect quality. From the tracking you can see it is from Ali Express. This site is masking who they really are.

The company offers some interesting products but their business practices are just appauling. The order took many weeks to arrive, there were no standard return procedures and the refund for the return was issued only 2 months after I mailed back the item.

Ordered a smart watch , returned it before xmass after sending many emails with no reply , so now I have no watch or no refund shocking company will never use this shower again

Product received was very poor quality. Returned and was told would be refunded. Still waiting 6 weeks later. I would not use this company as no contact whatsoever.
