Exceeded expectations on Speed, Diligence, Customer Service, and Trust!

Our loan officer was David Breaux, and we were helped on the case by Brandi Clements.

TLDR: They exemplify - Trust, Diligence, Speed, Customer Service.

Details:

We met David through a referral from a friend.

Unlike other lenders, David was not pushy but at the same time kept in touch through our house finding journey.

When it was time to act, David got us pre-approved quickly. We had a special condition to close within 21 days. David and Brandi pushed and got us through the finish line, holding our hands, and resolving all hiccups.

Through the entire journey they were (i) easily accessible, (ii) answered all our questions patiently, (iii) set-up and came prepared with each review meeting with a clear agenda, and right and complete data.

We had heard that financing a mortgage is a stressful and anxiety inducing process. But, David prepared us well and made clear asks of us. Brandi worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was in order. They made the process seem fairly straightforward and stress-free to us.

Through the (relatively) short process, David built a great relationship with us, and made us feel like we were speaking to a trusted member of the family!

We feel we were lucky we found them, and can't think of a better team to have worked with on anything mortgage related.

We would happy to refer them to anyone.

Awesome experience

Megan was so helpful on the hole refinancing answered all my questions I had if I didn’t understand something she took the extra time to explain it to me ,Irene was very helpful as well , great communication with Megan if she didn’t have the answer she would get the answer I was asking and return my phone call or concerns I had same day ,I would refer Megan on a refinancing to anybody because she is very patient with her customers she wonts the best for you and your family, she doesn’t treat it as here another refinancing to do.

FHA Streamline Process

Andre Sussman, Kanchanna, and team were very helpful to me. I had a lot of questions dealing with the FHA streamline process and they answered all of them for me. It ended up being a pretty quick process for us even with the couple of hurdles we had to jump.

Refinance made easy!

My refinance experience with Mimi Le, Loan Officer xxxx 128911; her assistance Jolena O'Rourke; Kannchana Thay, Team Lead Processor and Madison Lichtenfeld, Junior Processor were professional; courtesy and helpful. The communication with me was constant and they were available to answer any questions I had about my refinance. I was able to get all my tasks for refinance completed and submitted within a timely manner. This experience was smooth and stress free. I look forward to working with everyone mentioned if I need to refinance in the future!!

Great refinance experience!!

Megan Hedges and Tricia Dodge were helpful, communicated with me regularly and were available to answer any questions I had about my refinance. I was able to get all my tasks for refinance completed and submitted with Megan's help and this was the easiest refinance experience I have ever had. I look forward to working with both Megan and Tricia if I need to refinance or get a new loan in the future!!

Winning Team experience!

Recent loan transaction experience with Senior Loan Officer Mimi Le #110012, Assistant Jolena O'Rourke and Senior Loan Processor Eddie Zambrano, such a great team from beginning to end. Communication, accuracy, timeliness, knowledge in all mortgage industry procedures most definitely.

My loan officer Chris Burrough

My loan officer Chris Burrough, his assistant Jolena Orouke, and my loan processor Irene Zafra were awesome!! They answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It was just overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Amerihome mortgage.

A little Apprehensive

I was pretty Apprehensive about refinancing but i decided to at least ask about it. From the start to the end Megan was super cool. Very informative, professional and prompt. I thoroughly she helped me get the best deal she possibly could and i’m very satisfied! Nancy was also assigned to be who thoroughly exemplified haste and professionalism to allow a speedy refinance. Thanks you two! Awesome service!

Excellent customer service by Daniel Lund. I reached out to to him for refinancing and removing my PMI. He was on point for the entire process. He was very professional, and gave me several options. Megan Hedges and Brandi Clements were fantastic when assisting me with buying a home. They were both very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and timely in their work. I could not have had a better experience. They made my home buying experience extremely smooth and stress free. I recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a home with AmeriHome!
