I received a call from Mimi Le, a loan officer with AmeriHome, asking if I would like to lower my current mortgage rate and pay less per month on my mortgage. At first, I was skeptical, but after speaking with Mimi, I was so happy to learn I could do this! Mimi Le and her assistant, Jolene O’Rouke and loan processor, Irene Zara are a great team!!! With their help I was able to get a lower percentage rate and saved over $200 per month in payments. I never had any issues and was able to reach a live person each time I called with a question. The website is very easy to use and can give you answers to any questions you may have. I’m thankful and appreciative to you all for your support.
They sold my loan - provided no information they were doing so - I sent them 2 payments subsequent and now it is showing late at my new bank. I am told I have to wait 60 days. They also said they sent me a letter- nope - but when or if you don't get paid I bet you reach out allot more than a letter. You sold my loan the other company reached out to me - I thought they were fraud because I received no notice from Amerihome they were selling my loan. Horrible customer experience!

Extremely unhappy with Amerihome - had I known what a headache I would have I would never have refinanced with these guys - I want someone who is flexible / understanding / easy to work with - Amerihome is none of these things - If you have any choice whatsoever DO NOT GO THRU AMERIHOME
Extremely dedicated to providing as much information as needed. Very confident staff (Kate Luker and Tricia Carlile) have expertise in their field.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. If you can refinance to get out of this loan do so. I don't understand how a payoff of a loan could be higher than the outstanding principal balance and it's more than what I financed the home for and this is after 8 months of payments. They claim it's the daily interest amount. I don't believe these people know what they are doing at all. Also, I requested documents from them almost two months ago, the appraisal report and the inspection, and I still have not received them. I have called and sent emails and I still do not have this paperwork. I know it doesn't take two months to receive the paperwork. This is the worse mortgage company I have ever dealt with and I will not be using them ever in the future.

David Breaux was such a fantastic guide through the complicated mortgage process. He took the time to educate us in advance on what the process would entail and to flag key decision points throughout the process. It was clear from the start that David is laser focused on getting the best results for his clients and on making the process has clear and painless as possible. We also had a great experience with Brandi Clements, the loan processor. We can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else!
We refinanced with AmeriHome Mortgage and our loan officer was Craig Harrigan. He made it go very smoothly for us, no problems, no delays. It was great working with him, we closed within 3 weeks time. Great job!
Disgusting experice, I purchased my home 11 months ago and have nothing but problems from this company. I am a disabled veteran who is exempt from property taxes in the state of Texas. Despite this, Amerihome mortgage authorized $7,000 to be deducted from my account to pay property taxes. I have had a negative escrow balance of $4,000 for 5 months now, and have not been able to pay my mortgage for two months now because it has been raised by $600. Up until this point, I did not miss a single mortgage payment. They have been bullying and threatening me because of this. I have been suffering enough from the injuries that i’ve sustained in military service, and this issue has made my health so much worse.. I wish that i never even bothered working with this company..

Guys please try to not use this company for any of the services. The experience with them is so bad. Their customer support is so uneducated and they take years to respond to the customer. They were servicing my loan and closed escrow account without my permission and now it took them 3 months just to tell me that they can’t open my escrow account because my loan is being transferred to other services (which is good for me). This is not the experience you require.

He along with our loan processor Brandi took a complex process and streamlined it into a smooth and painless experience completed with out a lot of wait and uncertainty due to lack of communication which has happened in the past.
