Just joined 2 weeks ago and that is all it took to figure out this is a very crooked website. Between bots, statical odds, and a very strong feeling they still let some players view hole cards there is nothing legit about this website. Want to test it out watch a table you want to join that has 1 person in it and then the second you join in on that table it instantly fills up and it is always the same names that instantly join. I have had pocket aces and kings beaten way more than is statistically possible and they try to be slick about it. I am going to call this my fault because I did not do proper research before I joined, but this website has been plagued with problems in the past and is very obvious they have done nothing to fix it. Not to mention all of the bad reviews with pay out. Just so you know I have not tried getting paid out yet going through that right now and don't expect good results. If you value your money stay away.

I was teaching some folks how to play Omaha high low. They was watching me and I was explaining everything as it happened and why I made the decisions I made. Then.... I have a straight and loose to 3 of a kind sizes. The chat box even stated the 3 of a kind winner. Everyone was like "How did you loose?"

ACR publicly advertises having the "fastest withdrawals" in the online poker industry. This is a complete fabrication. If you want access to your winnings, avoid this site.

I initiated a baseline, minimum $50 crypto withdrawal on June 28th (Ref: REF-141684066). Historically, even my successful cashouts here took a sluggish 48 hours to 4 days. Competitors like CoinPoker clear crypto to your wallet in 2 hours. BetOnline takes 1 hour.

ACR, however, has left my funds completely frozen. When I contacted WPN Support, they sent an automated, boilerplate email claiming crypto withdrawals require "no further action" but can take "up to 15 business days." Holding a $50 cryptocurrency transfer hostage for weeks under the guise of routine review is a massive red flag for a poker site's liquidity and operational competence. If they bottleneck $50, imagine trying to cash out a tournament win.

I love there set up. Ive been using their site for about 6yrs, payouts usually takes about an hour but I must say, payouts are starting to take longer and longer, been waiting for payout for close to a week now and payout is still pending..

I just had the best experience with their customer support. I had a few issues with my account verification. They were prompt, polite, and swift with getting me back online. Support is a big deal for me so thank y’all 🫡🫡

Their online craps is what every gambler fears. It's completely rigged. Statistically a 7 should not roll ever 3 rolls. Quite literally the stats are 17% for a 7 yet pso is almost constant. Every once in awhile you will get 3 or 4 rolls but never go on a run like you would irl or even on other sites that have live dealers. They will give you one really good session the first time you play and then from there it's constant pso.

I don't know what kind of algorithm this place uses, but it's f'n ridiculous. It's like certain people are the good guys, and certain people are the bad guys. This is nothing like real cards at all. This is the worst site I have played on!!!

I had some issues with software and they gave me the run around for over 2 months, saying I needed to put in my driver's license, proof of home ownership, photos of my credit card. I did my best to comply but their software wouldn't follow through. So I tried to go through customer service. They say you can get in touch with customer support using a variety of communication methods, including live chat, telephone and email. The live chat was "dead" most if not all the time. They claim you can call...they don't even have a phone number listed!!! Only way was email and the delay, although cordial, was never timely. Done with them FOREVER!!!

Awful Reviews, Sad Customers, and One of My Deposits Failed and they just kept the money instead of refunding

I lost $26, they never gave back the money. I wasn't even able to play with it.

I wonder if with bigger deposits they never dare to steal the money, but these guys are a huge problem. PS or others are much more trustworthy and better customer service.

I will never play poker again with them. Is an awful company.

This site is a scam. Deposits are a scam, poker is a scam. You discard in PLO and your cards come up on the flop. I assume that's why they don't let you look at the cards you folded after you fold them. Find another place to play.

I just don't like it i won in poker 131 then very easy blew it on black jack to 31. That didn't do it I went to my ok do that not another dime time to cash out. Then what should be a slam dunk turns into a nightmare of process verification of address by bill in 2026. F that then wait time hard time already on tilt then feel just rubbed in . Then the poker at times felt like the scam mentioned runner runner straight flush on me lands higher set on river gets me in set over set many times. Anything a pro try to avoid not being a loser idiot came up the scams of making you feel like you get a free ticket didnt although my time

This the most Corrupt site I have ever played on once you start winning the y make sure you never win again!! they Have NO technical support and I will turn them into the Gamming commission for their cheating practices!!!

most rigged poker ever. U cant even imagine. On every table there is with you someone who see hole cards + bots which he can control and probably also some mate of him. Ofc all are serving to americas cardroom, their ppl i mean. Not any strangers, they wouldnt let ppl cheat - i mean even if someone would want to try xD No chance against hole cards bot skem naziness. I hope they all die on cancer asap, also all "pro" poker players which are promoting this joke. Should be closed immediately.

Very sketchy site. Flopped quads twice in one night (hold em). Now, for 2 days I have people calling flops with air and hitting runner runner 2 pair against my flopped top top. I'm convinced some of the hands Ive been in, the other player knows what cards are coming. There is no other explanation. Dont put your money on this site.

Now they are in my responses talking about "bad luck". I'm up 12K in the last 2 weeks including bad beats. I've just learned to not play cards with bots with bank accounts in the Cayman Islands.

This site sucks. Don't wont waste your time. The bonuses are deceiving and any luck you have on the slots is very temporary. The ui is terrible and just feels like you are playing on a scam site waiting to steal all of your money/info.

Couldn't recommend less.

Pre-flop suck out.
I pre flop a large raise with Ace King suited and guy calls.
Flop comes A-K-J.
I flop Aces and Kings. I bet large again and he calls.
7 comes on turn. I bet large again and he calls.
5 comes on the river.
I go all in. He calls. He played Q-10 off suit and flopped a straight.
This type of crap has happen over and over and again.
This a fixed rigged site and should be shut down.

Can you rate it a zero? Bots, RTA. Have you seen what has been happening? The pros on this site have been caught using RTA and the site response was he is so "silly" Its not right. Understand that the thieves will be held accountable one day. Thank you ACR and "pros"
