The site is truly rigged. It can be proven, they just won't let a viable source come in and run an evaluation certification against their program.

We completed the link-building work as agreed, but the payment remains outstanding. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received the payment or a clear response regarding the delay.

The work was completed successfully, and we have already paid the publishers from our end. We expect clients to honor their payment commitments once the agreed work has been delivered.

We hope the outstanding amount is settled promptly and that the matter is resolved without any further delay.

When I play a hand where everyone folds, I get 3-5 seconds to decide if I want to show my cards, but in normal gameplay to the end, the cards disappear before I even get a chance to see what won. I play on my phone because the site isn't compatible with my laptop, so I can't see any comments because there aren't any. It would be really nice if ACR would slow tf down on discarding the final hands so at least I can see what beat me. It really sucks when holding four of a kind, and losing, but don't get to see what beat me. PLEASE SHOW COMMENTS FOR PHONES.

It’s sad, but the rig is brutal. The beats are stupendous and consistent. Clearly there are players that are cheating. Watching the idiocy withwhich these players play and win is…. Like watching WWE wrestling. Why they can’t run an honest site, with honest games? IDK. But I have been playing poker 45 years, and baby this rigged, no question. This site is WORSE than BOL, and that was the worst site I had ever seen. Congrats ACR! Luckily I only spent 200. So instead of a customer who would return, and spend thousands, they have a lifelong player who saw right through it in hours. Well you stole my 200, but will never get another dime!! Now that, that’s Smaht business!!! Truly moronic! Run by dumb people! Seen through by smart people!!

ACR is designed to keep players coming back by rewarding terrible play with bad beats. This also encourages rebuys to meet their high guarantees. The RNG is not random that I know for certain.

Daily players n the beginning 14 years ago and I played with some guy who are now higher stakes and Boski and I played nightly! Good battles but I beat him a lot lol! I was a winning player when I played, and then I noticed 5 years ago something was off! The bad beats! Feeling like how could he call? How did they know? And it destroyed me mentally, Fontana my relationship as I was tryna persue this full time then! So someone wrote n the in the reviews. Why did they take off the chat box? It was me 1000%! My screen name was Treadsoftlykid! And I once I saw something was up began a campaign daily as I played jus berating the site and telling all USA players every night this crap was rigged and they can see cards! So eventually that led me to emails with them to close account and I’d berate them and they’d make every excuse. I kept giving them a chance as I knew my skills were good and it wasn’t me! Due to the fact I was winning on 3 other sites weekly, but yet get on Acr and all of a sudden I’m (Joe smoh outta hear!) and can’t win a damn hand! So my last email I went spiritually and told them they Christ and what God will do for all this you’ve caused People! And so a year went by and I tried to come back and till this day 5 years ago I have not and they won’t! Why? Because I spoke the truth and hit a nerve to all of them and probably the owner who you barely see anymore hmm.. my man was flaunting 3 years ago n these high rollers but hmm.. and also hmm you guys mentions withdrawals I was lol.. because this is what happens before a site is about to be done or they have no funds to give you and this is what Fulltilt did!! Go read about it! They paid us back eventually but this is and was the cause it Black Friday! Fulltilt using our deposits to pay players and so this delay you guys are experiencing is jus that! its ok been here for years have so many disappointing tournaments runs. I'm a recreational player and tried so many different things over the 8 years of playing here I take long breaks or even play constantly for a week change my strategy or knowledge go from micros to 55 plus stakes tournaments and just can't win any money here after 8 years I really feel like its just a joke the site has good pros now and the customer service is good they don't give very much away for rewards its very difficult. I've spent alot here and tried to improve my game and just is so insanely difficult you ask yourself am I having any fun this week ? Sucks seeing players i've played against for years at low stakes winning in the top 9 of a higher stakes tournament. Your site is good but you have to be a professional to win any money. I've since taken the few thousand a year I spend here and save it for scratch tickets at 7 11 oh I forgot about the 35 free .80 cent discard 1 card from 3 venom tickets I managed to get for free couldn't get passed the 1st stage on 1...not 1 stage cmon are you kidding ????? even know there are 3 more even tougher? Come on enough is enough you've clearly sent me a message. Sorry ACR but until a recreational player can get lucky 1 out of 500 tournaments I think you've lost my contribution. You have so many players and big depositers your really don't care ...after all if the larger buyers run so bad they won't ever come back huh...hmmm.. I've played on many poker sites over the years, but no other poker site has been as bad as ACR Poker. This site doesn't even pretend to be a poker site, nor does it pretend to use an RNG (random number generator) to generate cards. The game is absolutely rigged, and I've never seen so many absurd situations, with players (who were playing completely -EV) making so many powerful hands on the turn and river, from completely trash hands (that should have been folded farthest on the flop). The number of sets, straights, and two pairs here is absolutely unbelievable, and on top of that, these hands happen all too often at the same time, at showdown (and I've never experienced so many coolers on any other poker site). ACR Poker players are also unique because they play for the pseudo-poker that ACR provides them – drawing slim players bet like crazy (because it pays off here when the service generates improbable situations), others go all-in with hands like K7o (and get called, call with hands like T8o), etc. ACR Poker isn't a poker site – it's a poker circus. If someone wants to learn poker incorrectly (against the rules of probability), they'll learn it perfectly on ACR Poker. Technically, ACR Poker was left in the 90s, and it's not just the outdated graphics (and ugly avatars), but the strange functionality (this software isn't user-friendly) and clumsiness of their software, which can freeze in ridiculous ways (for example, after the table screen freezes during a tournament, you can't restart the table window or the application because it refuses to quit, claiming the tournament is in progress). Moreover, ACR Poker's player count is very modest, despite the fictitious, supposed tens of thousands of players online (a completely false number displayed at the bottom of the ACR app screen). It's really hard to find any advantages to ACR Poker, except perhaps the chance to laugh at the unrealistic and absurd poker hands and showdowns you see there. I don't recommend playing at ACR Poker to anyone – it's a waste of time, energy and money.

I've been playing on ACR for many years now and I really like it. Great tournament selection, lots of promotions and lots of activity. Support has always been helpful too. I definitely recommend ACR Poker! ♠️

They don't pay you your withdraws after jumping through hoops and they stop responding to you. Then randomly they send you this type of email.

Good customer service, but the software could be improved. I've played on ACR for around 6 years now and in my experience customer service has generally been responsive and helpful whenever I contacted them.
My main frustration has been with the poker software and my overall playing experience. I haven't had a tournament win of more than $1k in over two years, which is discouraging and has sometimes made me question the experience. However, I understand that tournament poker involves a great deal of variance, so i can't say that my results alone mean anything improper is happening.
I would like to see the software become more reliable and polished. I also can't fairly comment on recent withdrawals because it's been several years since my last one. Overall ACR has solid customer support, but there is still room for improvement in the software and player experience.
