Wasted money on parts
The two parts I ordered were definitely not OEM. The bumper was one inch short so there is a gap on each side so the clips broke due to not being in the correct place. I had to use the old bumper..... The trim step was also too small. I had to adapt by using plastic trim fasteners to hold the trim step in place. Guess you get what you pay for.
American Trucks online ordering wasn't an issue, it's just the parts they offer.

We reviewed your order and we do show that you recently ordered the Rear Bumper Step Pad and Rear Bumper Trim Step Pad. If this is the order and the items that you are referring to we do show that the step pad is a direct replacement for Part Numbers HC3Z17B807BB and FO1191147. The first part number HC3Z17B807BB is Genuine Ford OEM rear bumper step pad (cover) designed for 2017–2022 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks. The other number FO1191147, refers to a Rear Bumper Step Pad designed for Ford trucks. It is an aftermarket replacement part, often referred to as a "Partslink number," designed to fit and function like the original equipment.

Easy to use site, insanely large inventory. Fitment by vehicle make model year is accurate and helps searching for correct parts and modifications. Great review links with customer bought photos helps when deciding to purchase parts.
