Extremely disappointed with the quality and difficulty of installation. Put them on and immediately ordered different ones from somewhere else. I will be discarding them in the trash

Ordering was extremely easy. I received email updates on my order. I even called Customer Service and talked to a Tech who helped me with questions I had. Enjoyable experience. I will buy from Extreme Terrain again.

I ordered one item. They have billed me for 7. I received 5 in 3 separate packages. I've searched the website high and low for a phone number to call before they send the remaining. I am trying to return 4 of them but it is only letting me return it one package at a time. I do not need $700 worth of arm rests.

One of the top reasons I chose to purchase my running boards from Extreme Terrain was the fast shipping date that was listed on the checkout page. Delivery was delayed twice and I didn't receive them in time for my planned weekend trip. When they finally arrived via FedEx the end of the box was destroyed and the boards were coming out of the box. The ends of the boards were scraped up exposing bare metal. I contacted the company and just asked them to send me one of their touch up kits they sell so I can cover the bare metal and all would be good. They refused and told me I would have to purchase the kit myself. They offered a replacement but that would mean repacking these 70 lb boards in a damaged box and taking them to my nearest FedEx drop off when a simple touch up kit would have taken care of the issue. They could be a little more customer service friendly. I offered a simple convenient solution and they refused. I took care of the problem myself at my own expense - looks good as new.

Great experience. Ordered two products which had to be shipped separately. Both orders arrived earlier than initial estimate and both were great. Both installed easily and as advertised. I'm happy, again. This was my second Extreme Terrain experience and it won't be my last.

The rear sun shade is not customized to fit a Gladiator. It looks cheap.
