I have been using Amenitiz now for over a year, it is easy to use and has all the feature I need to successfully run my Motel.
Extremely happy with the software and service.

It really works, the website they created is great and customers are actually searching us after seeing our estate on the OTAs. We quickly recovered the yearly fee by saving OTAs’ commissions.

I asked for a demo 1 week ago. They sent me a reminder for our meeting 10 min before. I connected at the agreed time and nobody appeared. I wrote back to the person to whom I had to meet to reschedule and never received a reply. He saw my email because I have an email tracker.
Some days after I wrote the chat they had on their web to tell about what happened and the same thing, no answer.
Terrible customer support and no respect for the time of the users.

I am very happy with my choice to sign up with Amenitiz. The start is a little bit bumpy, but I suppose this is normal for a software with this range of abilities. If there are problems, I get help from support quickly and easily.
What I particularly like, is that the employees try to explain the solutions to me in such a way, that I really understand how to solve the problem. So I have the feeling that I am taking responsibility into my own hands, and am given the software as a tool, instead of just handing over the responsibility to someone else. I hope that with time I will become an experienced Amenitizer myself and therefor be able to pass on my knowledge to the growing community

Great staff. Fabulous way of explaining the platform without walking away with a head full of complications. Can’t fault the staff members that spoke to me.

We are unhappy not with the staff they are the heart of the company, but it has not been easy working with you
We sighed up so we would have a website and not have double bookings. This has not been the case we started with you with Booking.com and Airbnb our business went down ,we did not know that Airbnb who where charging us 3% went to 16% so we had to take it back from you so now we are back to having a double booking situation,the website is not giving us a return and has minimal bookings . So just a bid disappointed

Very happy with Amenitiz so far. The customer service is reliable and responsive.
The mobile app does not have all the functionality yet and requires some improvements.

I would have initially given this company a decent review as their service is good when they are getting you onboard .

However…. Due to personal circumstances we had to remove our property. Despite numerous requests we are either ignored or we are advised this has been passed on to a colleague.

They continue to invoice and try to remove money from our account.
Just a stressful, awful situation.

People at Amenitiz are really helpful and have well planned online course guide to make Amenitiz experience easy and simple.
They reply fast and always with a smile.

Amenitiz are really keen to help. They employ intelligent, empathetic people on the phones which makes a huge difference while you find your way around new software - so much better than the scripts and 'computer says no' attitude of the bigger OTAs and equivalent

The website builder is easy to understand yet sophisticated. All the staff in support and on boarding were friendly and helpful and I felt like i was and still am getting a very personal service.
