Great garden set at a superb price. Delivery very quick.

We visited the store - staff were very helpful and friendly. Once we had decided on the sofa the ordered process was easy - delivery arrived as agreed and expected - we love the sofa !!! Delivery drivers were amazing & set the sofa up for us - extremely pleased.

Was looking for some garden furniture and AMC had an end of season sale on so we popped along to take a look. Good selection of quality furniture available to choose from at great price with quick delivery time. Ordered on Friday and everything arrived the following Thursday.

April the salesperson we dealt with was really lovely, patient and knowledgeable.

From the purchase to delivery it was really quick within two days.
The product we purchessed was garden furniture the product was assembled so all we had to do was unpack it .
We are over the moon with the quaulity of the product and would highly recommend it.

There was no pressure selling just a sales team happy to answer any questions we had. We were lucky to dealt with by Paige. The quality of the sofa bed is excellent and we are very pleased with it. The delivery process was easy, it was within the timeframe that we were told when we bought the sofa bed. Adam and Ash delivered the sofa bed without a hitch and talked us through how to set it up. All in all a great experience and happy to recommend AMC.

Spent 3 days calling, messaging and leaving voicemails regarding collection of my furniture.

No response whatsoever. Eventually got through on the phone and arranged collection.

Went to the store to collect my table and chairs.

The box with the table in was so heavy I could not lift it, however one of the assistants helped me. I'm nearly 60 years of age and suffer with passive pain lifting.

I would of thought that the store would have staff that could load the items you purchased into the van.

I will not be recommending my experience or the customer support from this place.

I explained my dissatisfaction to the person when I finally got to speak to someone 3 days later... The only thing they said was that they had been very busy...

Very warm welcome when we arrived,staff not pushy they let us explore product we found,when we needed help they were ther,experienced, professional, very polite and happy,to me it seemed like they loved to help and not just a job,delivery guys the same arrived on time very happy and friendly gave advice on what to do,great team All round.
