Lousy customer service
All orders in the past (6+/-) have been as described and delivered in good time. My last order from 12/23 never arrived. They blamed carrier/carrier said they never got it. OK. But there was NO successful results to replace the product or issue credit after 3 phone calls and several emails. Their customer service is non-existent!

The online part wasn’t good as it froze every time I tried to apply my payment method but the customer service was fabulous when I called. She got my order taken care of right away.

Do not buy if you’re in Canada
Do not buy if you’re in Canada. Shipping was not displayed until AFTER the payment was processed and I was charged $80 USD for shipping. I immediately tried to cancel and did not receive a reply until after the product had shipped and apparently they can not do anything.

Order I was charged for never came
Order I was charged for never came. Apparently lost somewhere in mail, and their so called “customer service” is apparently not capable of doing anything about it….? Was told they would have someone else reach out to me on 3 occasions, and it never happened. Luckily, will be able to dispute and recover through my payment method, but this company has highly disreputable practices.
