I had a very positive experience with Amasty. They are a reliable company, and their support team is responsive, professional, and quick to resolve issues whenever they arise.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. Both the modules and, especially, the subscription plans feel quite expensive.

Overall, I would still recommend Amasty for the quality of their products and the efficiency of their support.

Additionally, our customers receive an automatic email notification 30 days before the scheduled Amasty subscription renewal date, and the email specifies the payment date and amount.

As outlined in the Amasty License Agreement, second and consequent payments for product subscriptions are not refundable.

Despite being a loyal customer, Amasty have seriously let me down.

Despite being a loyal customer, spending thousands of pounds with Amasty, they have let me down. My website developer purchased some extensions on my behalf (and invoiced them for us) a few years ago. I wanted to transfer them to my own account, to have better control of them now we use other developers, and were hit with a - to transfer them - you have to purchase a year's support with them (despite never subscribing to support in the first place) - which comes to nearly 1 thousand pounds!
So unhappy, I keep asking if they can do anything and it's basically, computer says not.... ether keep them with a company we no longer use, or pay for them again?! Safe to say I will no longer support them.

The license transfer process described at https://amasty.com/knowledge-base/how-transfer-extension-from-one-account-to-another.html indeed involves creating an order with the relevant product subscriptions in the recipient account. As a result of the transfer, the recipient account gets access to full latest updates and support services for the relevant product, which are included as part of the product subscription rather than offered separately.

As we discussed, a license transfer is not mandatory for your Magento website, to have access to the relevant Amasty products, and it’s enough for you to have the purchasing account assign the relevant licenses to your Magento project.

We’re glad that your case was resolved by you assuming ownership of the original purchasing account with the relevant extension licenses.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation, and if your needs change in the future, we hope that we will have an opportunity to work with you and bring benefit to your Magento store with our products and services.

Gold Standard Customer Support

Amasty modules have been great for our Adobe Commerce Cloud project, but more overly - it's the level of support and service that needs to be called out.

I've been a customer of Amasty for over 5 years. The moment I requested a refund for a product I no longer was using they threw the book at me and say that it's the terms and conditions that no refunds are provided. I canceled all my subscriptions and went with the competition that rewards loyalty.

I'm really disappointed with Amasty :(

I am disappointed with my recent experience. After their pricing model changed to a subscription, I proceeded with a purchase expecting flexibility and clarity. I requested a cancellation and refund shortly after the payment. Unfortunately, the request was not accepted.

While I understand that every company has its policies, I expected a more customer-friendly approach, especially given the circumstances and timing of the request. The situation left me feeling that the transition to subscription-based licensing was not transparent enough and led to a purchase that did not match my expectations or needs.
This experience has made me more cautious about future purchases and subscriptions from this vendor.

For sure I will not use their extensions in any future projects.

I don't recommend Amasty as a Magento extensions developer.
