1 star because I contacted the merchant…

1 star because I contacted the merchant several days before order was shipped and I wanted to cancel. It took so long for the order that I no longer needed it before my birthday. Once I emailed they tried to tell me about a price change if I didn't get the order now. I didn't care I just wanted to cancel at the end of the day. And per their website orders can be canceled before shipment. YET, they still sent and order I didn't want or need after I canceled 4 days prior! I will never order from them and will get my money back

I am very happy with my quality wig…

I am very happy with my quality wig from AmandaHair. The color is beautiful and doesn't have a bad smell. The order shipped fast, is packaged well and comes with a satin bag for travel or storing. This piece styled beautifully. I get so many compliments. I am a customer for life! Thank you Amanda Hairs for the great savings deals for beautiful quality hair! (Please give us the option to choose preplucked for thicker bangs).

A Bad Experience…

So I didn’t read the reviews here before I ordered and after reading the reviews I see the issues are similar. I ordered 3 wigs spending about $700. For my wedding party. One curly wet texture, one body wave, and lastly the straight reddish brown. I received one order first packaging was in a plastics giving “Amazon”. For the price of the wigs and supposed quality I def expected more. I've order from many vendors and this is probably the cheapest packaging I’m seen. The first wig was a body wave but delivery said it would be my (loose wave) photo is the wet curly texture, so I figured it got mixed up. Sent a request for an update on the rest of my order because now another week as went by. I was informed that custom color takes a bit more time. Uuhm I never ordered a custom color. Just ordered what you advertised (reddish brown). Finally a few days after the final order is delivered. (Now it needs signature and ID) which the first delivery was just sitting in a mail box. I thought this must be really nice and protected. So what was delivered was the body wave and the Reddish / Orange straight wig. (Def didn’t meet the expectations). I reached out to “FAY” with photos showing my delivery items to be told the delivery is correct. I then provided website photos along with what was delivered. Expressed I’m a first time customer ordering for my wedding party. The responds was to “return items to this address”. Not let’s fix this.. I asked will there be a shipping label for returning or compensation. Nothing! So I mailed the item right back (with signature and ID) lol gratefully it was to a U.S. address. So hopefully my refund will be quick.
I ended up ordering from my normal place the Wig Dealer .. great presentation quality when delivered, and great customer service. .. Fay - Amanda (whoever ) Please understand Customer service is important in any industry. You never know “who” you are servicing. It may look like you are winning but with bad CS in this world will have you loosing slowly yet quick. I hope the company takes these reviews and feedback and build a better business.

My wigs are beautiful

My wigs are beautiful. The hair is so soft and curls well.

Only thing is there are quite a few grey hairs that I have had to pull out and I still haven’t gotten all of them. But O know it’s all human hair.

BEWARE OF COMPANY

Hello. I have been reaching out to thier customer service to do my return, and they are telling me to keep the wig. I DO NOT WANT IT! It has not been opened. All tags are still on. I sent photos. I WANT to return it for a full refund but still get a runaround email back! This is ridiculous. I have to go through this to do a retun as it says on your website! And the wig looks nothing like the photo and does not feel like human hair! Be careful with this company!!

Hello, my name is Laurie Vaceannie order number AM86281. I am a highly sort after professional hair influencer with close to 20,000 followers I ordered two wigs from you and one of them is totally red. It was supposed to be reddish brown. See the picture. I have a photo shoot coming up at the end of May and was willing to feature both wigs in that order number, The wigs came in plastic bags no boxes no nothing, I am appalled I am saddened and I am very disappointed and upset on what I was sent. I was recommended to you by a family friend. The long blonde wig was supposed to have bangs. It has no bangs. The reddish brown wig is completely red and was supposed to be reddish brown, I have yet to receive Order number AM86617 I have yet to hear from you

You are right. The reddish brown wig you received is completely red, and the blonde wig was supposed to have bangs but does not. These are mistakes on our end, and we apologize. We have already approved your return and full refund for order #AM86281.

Regarding packaging: we hear your feedback about the plastic bags. We will do better.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They are catfishing the wig that was sent to me was not the Wig in the picture. Very low quality not happy. I will never order from them again. Very poor Customer Service and did not want to give my money back. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Amanda Hairs site states if you request…

Edited: Amanda Hairs site states if you request a return within 30 days, you pay shipping and they refund you fully as long as product us in tact. It was a struggle to hold them to THEIR POSTED POLICY.

You are right. Our policy says 30-day returns. You requested a return the same day you received the package. We should have given you the return address immediately. Instead, we spent 3 days asking you to "give the product a chance." That was wrong.

We have issued a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product.
