I wish I could write more than 1 disappointing review on this page.
Had placed order several months ago given design, made advance payment then got told my order is delayed I waited for another month patiently then was asked to choose from some pics if I liked any design ( what is point of paying making charges if you are asking me to choose from what is already made) I did not like any designs so they carried on with my order, then got contacted through WhatsApp with a drawing which was unbelievable- did not match my given design at all and I had to personally draw and send a drawing, I got some hope and waited patiently however kept reminding them as my function was near, during last week near to my function I was contacted the item is ready, I asked for a picture which was not sent then I went next day to collect, wwwwwwoooooowwwww unbelievable, shocked and speechless, the item did not match my design even by 5%.
The excuse was my design of the bangle was too thin as hence they changed, I asked why didn’t you communicate so I would agree to increase the weight?
And another shock I had to pay more as they decided to increase the weight slightly..
is this a joke?
All this waiting for months- for a disappointing service.

Did a mistake by choosing Amaara Jewellers.
Please do not make new ornaments.
