Lovely sox
Someone gave me the trainer sox for Christmas and I loved them so much I bought another two pairs. The only down side was you only have one design. However I don't mind having 3 pairs of identical sox that don't slip off when I exercise

Flimsy quality, poor customer service response
I have purchased items from a local boutique-type shop (that has since withdrawn the range) and have been very happy with them. However, my experience this week with Jenny from Customer Service has been disappointing and I won't be purchasing from Tutti again. I purchased a shockingly poor quality chain last week - it was simply so very very flimsy that it could not be used for its intended purpose as a charm necklace. It was returned unused and I would have expected as a goodwill gesture with some assistance with postage costs as they do not provide a pre-paid label and also charge for delivery. A total of £8 wasted on an item worth no more than £1.50 with free postage from China on Ebay. The response of customer service was even more disappointing than the chain itself. I won't be purchasing from them again online.

The particular slider chain you purchased is intentionally finer, allowing it to work seamlessly with our interchangeable charm system, and it is designed to function in this way.
We provide multiple images online, including close-up details of the slider fastening, to give the clearest possible representation. However, we appreciate that expectations can differ, and we’re sorry if this was not as you had anticipated. We have reviewed this necklace and can confirm that the design and finish are consistent with what is shown online.
All of our pieces are designed in-house and crafted by our trusted partner factory in India, a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council. We use 98% recycled materials, fully traceable to our suppliers in Italy, and plate using 100% recycled silver. This reflects our commitment to responsible sourcing and quality craftsmanship.
We’re also sorry to hear that your experience with our customer service team left you feeling disappointed. While we were unable to cover the return postage in this instance, we can assure you that our team aims to handle all customer queries in a polite and respectful manner at all times.

I ordered several pairs of the Tutti ladies socks
They are lovely quality and a very nice design
I have previously paid full price in various shops and they are well worth it but this time I was lucky enough to get them in the sale!
They arrived super quickly so I was am a very happy customer and will continue to buy from them

Christmas order
I ordered a necklace and bracelet on the 27th of November, I have received one email and no tracking information since. I have tried to get in touch with customer care by email and online chat and nobody has responded. I ordered from Ireland and delivery said 5-7 working days. It was for a Christmas present which I thought I had ordered in plenty of time. I won’t be ordering again, down €95 now and nobody will help.
