WTH of returned situation

I had to oder iPhone 15 from Alza.at…
I had to oder iPhone 15 from Alza.at yes I get got it but the packaging outside look really like it not 100% new then I returned the oder … what get Alza Service return my Oder again to me as they found the iPhone15 I returned not the same Serienummer WTH i was really under and worried returned the same iPhone15 what get from Alza package! I had to fine the reason what happened by my self called write the email WhatsApp to Alza but .. they never give me a right answer after a week long I found what about Seriennummer what I get from my bill and the Iphone15 what get from them it not right! I checked with apple seriesnumber from Bill it never existed! How they can give me this bill ? And iPhone15 the Seriennummer what I get from them it right exist by apple

So what s meaning I can find they reason by my self and fighting to get my money back !

After soon 2 weeks finally I get my return bill !
My return is completely finished.

And after soon 2 month I get again the email from Alza what….. they give me a reason I don’t pay my bill ! So I need to pay WTH again 🤬 I really never had this situation with online shopping this Alza made me scared to shopping online !

So I need to contact them service again sent they my returned bills and all what I had to show them that my oder was completed finished! … after that they write to me sorry please ignore our email. What is that ? What they want from me !

Soooo long story of Alza they make me really scared to online shopping what happened with me what Alza can Heal with this situation?

Before I think I never what write this story to review but after I get email what I need to pay again I don’t what’s keep this story anymore!

Please you guys be careful what you oder from this Alza

For me it that’s my first online shopping from Alza and it will be last one !

Whole issue was caused during shipping your order at our warehouse where the phone was shipped with wrong serial number.
Unfortunately due to this error your return was initially rejected because of the mismatch of serial number.
After that the situation was rectified and the return claim was processed accordingly, payment was refunded as well.
Unfortunately later on due to miscommunication on our part, the request about additional payment was accidentally sent to you, instead of respective customer.
I would like to assure you that this situation was resolved and everything is in order on your part.
On behalf of our company I would like to deeply apologize for this situation and complications that it has caused to you, and I assure you that we will do our best to avoid any similar situation like this one.

It was really simple to buy the product, and it was delivered on time. The website was user-friendly, and the checkout process was quick and straightforward. The product arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described.

The store LIES about their services...

The store pretends to offer same day delivery as the day of ordering, but it is not and they never deliver. The company manipulates the order status on their site to make it look like the package is on its way.

My product order timeline:
- ordered on Thursday with guaranteed delivery on Friday 8:00.
- Announced 3 hours delay on Friday.
- Later that day announced delay with delivery still on Friday evening and that the courier was on its way.
- On Saturday morning the package was nowhere to be found stating that the product had not left the warehouse.
- Information from support that it would be delivered on Sunday morning.
- On Sunday the package was nowhere to be found.

Alza.at is lying about their service. This is the third product ordered that has been delayed by several days. You better shop at MediaMarkt, they are faster.

We offered you an option of delivery to your address or to the Vienna Alza branch as we were talking on the phone. You decided to pick the order up in the branch.
