Great Customer Service

My original parcel got lost in transit (unfortunately these things happen) but when I spoke to Always Knitting & Sewing they quickly rectified the situation by sending out another shipment which I received the next day - excellent customer service

Always Knitting and Sewing is a brilliant Crafting Club…

Always Knitting and Sewing is a fantastic family run business. A lovely group of ladies providing quality products and the most outstanding customer service be it by email, telephone,post or social media.
The Knit and Stitch club provides great tutorials and you end up making fabulous items whilst improving your skills and support is always there. I just love this group.

You cancelled my subscription for no reason but you were quite happy to take my money but did not send my email with my instructions how to make septembers make.Phoned your help line but they where no help still did not get my email.Not a happy customer.
