I recently had the pleasure of working with Altum HR during our search for a bespoke HR company and I must say I was truly impressed!
The professionalism and thoroughness displayed by Josephine and Mark throughout the shortlisting process left a lasting and positive impression. I wholeheartedly recommend Altum HR to anyone searching for a great bespoke HR company.

Over the last two years I have worked with Altum and can only praise their unbelievable service, My business relies on Altum HR for anything HR, we also use their employee software which has been fundamental to both me and the team. I would give this service 10/10! .... over the last two years I have worked very closely with Josie, Tara and Michelle all who have helped me with guidance and made sure I have made the right choices to move my business forward. – I would recommend this service to any business looking for HR Services.

Their team have gone above and beyond baking cakes and delivery them to our most vulnerable participants, during lockdown, which has kept spirits high.

I couldn’t have joined Altum HR at a better time! Who knew a pandemic was upon us?! Mark, Josie, Tara and the team guided me through the the new processes and procedures my business required to operate safely and compliantly during the lockdown.

Aside the pandemic, Altum HR brought professionalism and structure to my business, which is a must when hiring new staff. From writing employment contracts to our very own company staff handbook.
