The whole process has been smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff are lovely. I was nervous because of the stigma around cannabis and I was listened to and put at ease by the staff. The prescriptions are processed quickly by an external pharmacy. I’d recommend as a good option for medical cannabis.

It took me a couple of days to get familiar, but I quickly realised just what an amazing job the Doctor did with my prescription. It's perfectly tailored to my specific condition and needs, and I'm honestly overjoyed.
The only bit of feedback I'd like to offer is regarding customer service. It has felt quite difficult to get in touch with someone from the team (over the phone and via webchat), even during daytime work hours. I feel that due to the delicate nature of some peoples conditions, being able to speak to someone regarding their problems and concerns, is essential.
Overall, however, I'm very happy with Alternaleaf and can say for certain I'll be with them for the forseeable future!

I have been spending roughly £200 every single month with Alternaleaf, but I am officially moving to a different clinic due to a complete lack of accountability and poor customer care.
Due to upcoming dental work, I physically cannot vape anymore and urgently needed to switch my prescription from flower to pastilles/edibles. This process has taken four months of frustration. For two months, I was unable to find the pastilles myself due to conflicting information and for the following two months, I was completely locked out of ordering because their online portal has a major glitch where pastilles are completely missing from the search filters.
When I brought this to customer support, the initial response was pure gaslighting—adamantly insisting the fault was on my end and sending me smug "how-to" guides, completely failing to check their own system.
After pushing back, they finally admitted the filters were broken and offered a single month's membership refund (£5) as a "gesture of goodwill." However, when I asked for the second month to be refunded on principle, they dug their heels in, hiding behind subscription technicalities.
It is genuinely hilarious that a clinic will aggressively bicker over a £5 membership fee caused by their own IT glitch, completely blind to the fact that their defensive attitude has just cost them a loyal patient who spends over £2,400 a year.
Penny-wise and pound-foolish. I'm off to Curaleaf.
**UPDATE (7th July 2026):**
Following this review, Alternaleaf emailed me claiming they wanted to "make things right." However, behind closed doors, management simply sent a long email shifting the blame onto me.
They argued that because I didn't continuously email them to complain about their system, they assumed everything was fine. The reality is, **their online portal didn't even have a filter option for pastilles at all.** A patient shouldn't have to manage a clinic's IT failures or chase staff just to access the medication they need for dental work. They have flatly refused to offer proper compensation or waive this month's medication cost for the months of disruption.
Their public replies are pure corporate PR performance. When it comes to actual accountability, they will still bicker over pennies and alienate a patient spending over £2,400 a year.
I am officially moving to Curaleaf. Avoid this clinic if you expect real support when things go wrong.

I'm actually very impressed but a bit upset with the amount of Sativa, it was far too much Sativa, especially considering I approached you guys for anxiety and the pain from stage 4 osteoporosis, so I generally use and require Indica. I literally need only about 20-25% Sativa. Other than that I'm very impressed with the service and how quickly the process was completed, so yeah, great company and am recommending to everyone I think could benefit from your services
