Great from start to finish was very skeptical about the whole thing, 1st delivery arrived this morning flower is very very nice compared to black market products before going medical, prices very decent and just being legal now literally fealt a weight of my shoulders when my delivery arrived and having a puff of my first legal dry herb vape what a feeling at 37 and waiting for this for years! I was made to feel at ease
I was made to feel at ease, I was aloud to speak freely, I was giving all the information I feel was enough, good and bad even on top of my own research 🙏 in the space of nearly 1 month my life has been changed 😮💨 I’m able to relax enough to fall asleep, just having straight 6 hours sleep makes my chronic pain, clenched tight mussels, insomnia, grabbit moods, losing the will to live, a bit more hopeful 🤞 thank you 🫵

I had an issue where I could not send…
I had an issue where I could not send emails. Postmaster!
It took many phone calls to try and sort things out but eventually they were able to accept my husbands email (via me)
In the mean time the staff tried their best to find a solution and were very friendly and approachable, despite how many times I rang lol
Apart from that blip everything else went very smoothly and I am very pleased.

By far the worst experience I have ever…
By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Every 3rd script I get is always a nightmare by having to wait over 2 months to get an annual review that is in fact not an annual review it is every 3 months.
They say the medication is to last 28 days, okay but why have I to wait over 60 days to get my medication.
Customer service is non existent They have no idea what to say so reply with generic rubbish.
Avoid like the plague
