Top Shelf Customer Service!!
When I first received my order, there were a couple of errors with embroidery, one harness was the wrong size, and one leash was missing. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded to me within an HOUR of my email, but rectified the issue THE SAME DAY and had the replacement custom collar, patch, and missing leash sent express to me, with no cost to myself. I wasn't able to get a replacement harness in the proper size, as it was now out of stock (out of anyone's control at this point), but they sent me a return label and full refund for the wrong one. They placed me on a personal mailing list for when the proper size returns in stock or otherwise one becomes available. The responses were thoughtful and sincere--I truly felt valued not only as a customer, but as an individual. They also sent me a bonus slip lead as an apology for the trouble. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with customer service. Fast, personable, and caring!! Thank you Alpine Dog Co.! I'll definitely be referring to others!

Fantastic customer service
Ordered during their Boxing Day sales.
A very polite lady called me explaining they had sold out of an item that I purchased and offered a solution that was very pleasing and was promptly shipped. The items I received are all great quality and look great on our girl.
It was so refreshing to receive personal customer service rather than just an email.

My recent purchase of a 2" Alpine dog collar looks great and is very well constructed, and a nice bonus my dog loves the tug toy that was included with the collar. Very happy with the purchase thinking a bout upgrading my dogs leash in the future.
