I originally ordered the wrong size collar and realized as soon as confirmation came through. I reached out via IG & email, Alpine responded quickly on both and was able to rectify my error without issue. Shipping was quick and im absolutely in love with the collar, the quality and look is on point!

It was rather a long process to get mine but it finally arrived. It does oddly , provide me much more control just having the harness on her. She is a young large mastiff and can really pull me off my feet. I am a bit mystified by all the clips though. It has taken some time to get the fit correct, mostly because it’s new and a little stiff. I am not sure how snug I am supposed to have it but it looks great and seems to make her calmer in a walk.sorry it took so long to write this but I wanted to try it out a bit first. I do feel more confident now that I have tested it to control her bolting towards people she wants to visit with. I can confidently tell you I am pleased with this purchase. As a dog trainer and owner this is easily my favourite brand of K9 gear! I absolutely love the 2” collars with the tacti leash combo. I’ve gotten so many of my friends and clients to switch to them and i only hear good things about their experience as well! However I’d love it if the slip lead stopper could be built in a way that doesn’t slip up and start to loosen with movement as it’s something I love to utilize during specific sessions. I love to be able to support a Canadian owned business <3 and hope I can continue to do so!

When I first received my order, there were a couple of errors with embroidery, one harness was the wrong size, and one leash was missing. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded to me within an HOUR of my email, but rectified the issue THE SAME DAY and had the replacement custom collar, patch, and missing leash sent express to me, with no cost to myself. I wasn't able to get a replacement harness in the proper size, as it was now out of stock (out of anyone's control at this point), but they sent me a return label and full refund for the wrong one. They placed me on a personal mailing list for when the proper size returns in stock or otherwise one becomes available. The responses were thoughtful and sincere--I truly felt valued not only as a customer, but as an individual. They also sent me a bonus slip lead as an apology for the trouble. One of the BEST experiences I have ever had with customer service. Fast, personable, and caring!! Thank you Alpine Dog Co.! I'll definitely be referring to others!
