I have run into so many issue with this platform that it's honestly driven me up the wall. Trades have closed in ways I didn't expect and the support I reached out to didn't give me the clarity I was hoping for. At this point I am trying to sort out a refund but I am not sure I am trying to sort out a refund but I am not sure what to expect. It just happened that I was dealing with-gold rulé-at the same time and the difference in how things were handled there made this whole situation even sharper.

Absolute 100% scam. Do not be taken in by these people! They play the long con, not too pushy, very polite, then when you want to make a withdrawal....forget it. Suddenly the site can't be reached, the emails come back as undeliverable. Disgusting creeps

I had contact their support to get my account KYC verification done manually cause I was having issue with the verification, and Daniel one of their support agent attend to me well and also make the process stress free for me. A 5 for Daniel for is great work.

stay away from this propfirm. They find excuses not to pay you and brach the accounts for no reason. I have everything on screenshots. The breach my account without reason and declined my payout. If you want to waste time and money like me go for it

Trader locker platform needs to be looked into with their high spread and commissions, match trader and mt5 platforms ae better off in my opinion.

Had some trouble with my KYC verification and I'm greatly for the help I received from one of their agents Adam. It was easy to connect through the live chat, the system is so far fluent .

Gave an honest review after their terrible customer service and they breached my account and banned me. Stated they would give a refund. Never happened. Was more than enough to never trade forex again and move to futures.

Worst customer service

I recently completed a live account challenge with Alpha Trader Firm and met all profit and consistency (Trader Score) requirements. However, when I submitted my payout request, it was declined due to alleged Martingale and Hedging violations.

I explained that I used TradeLocker’s fixed percentage risk per trade tool for all trades — roughly 0.3% risk each time — which automatically adjusts lot size based on contract size and stop-loss.

Despite providing this context, Alpha Trader Firm denied the payout based solely on their algorithm detecting lot size increases (which they define as "Martingale") and overlapping positions (which they classify as "hedging"). These overlaps were incidental due to multi-asset position management, not an intentional strategy.

While I respect their rules, I feel the review lacked nuance and the decision did not consider actual risk exposure. I encourage traders using varying symbols and risk tools to be cautious — even responsible risk management practices can be flagged as violations based on their metrics.

I’ve moved on, but I would advise others to be mindful of these strict interpretations if you plan to scale or trade multi-asset strategies with Alpha Trader Firm.
